Imagine how good you'd have to be at not only maths but also art to create one of these pieces.
I don’t know if I should feel inspired or doomed
Wow was it even possible to do this kind of art using Desmos? Fantastic haha
yes you can even create 2 D animation in it
@@dailydoseofmath Even 3D animation. Actually any R dimentions.
Eddie really is Math's "Renaissance Man." Math, Science, and *Art* !!!*Starry* *Night* is a real knockout !!!!
Damnnn I’m still trying to figure out how to graph a rollercoaster using sin cosine tan and all that
I love this.....but I wish I could have seen the equations for this as well
Thank you for sharing. Seven years ago, I only use microsoft excel to do semilar to Desmos. I'm much happy that we have desmos now.
Wow! So creative and such a meaningful way to combine art and mathematics. Thank you Eddie and thank you Desmos.
I'm so excited for the 2022 one now!
Just wow!!.. thank you Eddie for letting us know.. 😊😊
I recently graduated with a double major in math and physics. This channel has inspired me a lot. I thoroughly enjoy your intuitive driven pedagogical style.
I love it how it is now acceptable for art and maths to mingle. I can now come out as a maths=art nerd and not feel silly. :)
Never thought i would see mathematical art on desmos
kindly request the winners to make videos on how they did those so that More younger generation will come up with many more new ideas.
@@MathMathX cool
There are 13-14 years olds out there doing this shit and I can't even write a simple equation
this is so brilliant
This happens when you wanted to be an artist but your parents want you to become mathematician.
well they can use vector based graphic designing and use the generated functions
I wish you could show us the equations related to those arts
on the app you can see all of the equations
This is unbelievable!!! wow you're so good at art! As well as mathematics everything is perfect💯
Wow !!!Is there a tutorial on how to use desmos to make such beautiful pieaces of art?
There's a video by Silviya Gallo explaining just that. Go check it out
That is really great to know the actual process
Dr Woo is such a nice person and teacher.
Wait I don’t know if he has a PhD
My poor phone can't even load it properly 🤕
bro someone made a rotatable 3d cube in desmos (with perspective) how did that not make the finals
can you start do videos of you teaching in class again its really amusing
sad that you didn't look at sin(x) by John B, he made an entire animation and it's so cool
yeah man , im so much disappointed , it really deserved to be atleast at 2nd or 3rd place
I submitted something and now I feel embarrassed about it.
And then you have computer science students who literally made an animation with desmos with over 6000 frames..
Wow, great mathematical art
I wanted to join the contest...but I was 19 then...
Anyone else see the Nutaku logo in the corner?
AYY
liked it!#easymathforclass10
the ppl doing this are how old? wow lol
In this video, graphs from ages 15-18 are showcased

I was the first viewer! But I was a bit late in typing it in.
Can u hear that? It's the wind of nobody asked
@@ahuman6546 oooohhhhhhhh!!
What even is desmos?
It's like Geogebra. It's an online graphing and geometry tool.
