My points exactly I'm using a OnePlus 7 pro and would never substitute it for a long of midrangers today. Flagship phones have a density in them when being used
@@SomeOne-rw6gz Battery life :( I got the A54, It's kinda good, I really liked it so far, No downside for me, I wish it had 4K 60fps video recording. It's not laggy at all, Note that i only use it for calling and social medias, Nothing more :D
The Note 20 Ultra was my driver for the past 3 years or so... despite drops, daily use and all... kept pristine and was running better than many new midrangers 😂 now... S24 Ultra is from another #dimension
I got an S21 Ultra for $300 about a week ago. Aside from there not being a warranty and software support not likely to last as long, the phone is great. Id say its likely better to buy an old flagship rather than buying a current budget/mid-range phone.
i think the only reason why people would be considering an older flagship is mainly cause of performance not camera capabilities. the front maybe the s20 just a little bit but the rear the a54 is miles better.
If only Galaxy S23 has that purple color like in A54 I would definitely buy it, but they don't have it. I really miss bora purple. The lavender color is just too pink. 😭💜
Please find a phone that would be considered an upgrade from an LG V60 (quad DAC, 3.5mm jack, SDXC slot, 64mp main camera, Dual Screen instead of a "foldable," etc.). I've had it for four years with no issues.
My mom has a Samsung A53. She really likes the phone. It's the first time her experiencing a 120hz display. And she also plays some games. By games I mean Candy Crush and Bubble Shooter. Lol
I actually prefer the s20U on the front facing but i think the rear camera looks better on thw a54
I agree
Grainy on the a54
You are absolutely right! Finally someone who can actually put a comment pertaining to the actual topic. Most people in these comments can't even comprehend what this video is even about lol
Same
In my honest opinion, I'm choosing the A54 camera wise and S20 Ultra performance wise.
Me with 3 year old middle range watching in 144p 💀
Same💀💀
Me with the budget Xiaomi 3 years old🥱
Me watching on a 5 year old budget phone in 320p
Me with a 8 year old phone watching this in max quality 😂
We with s21 ultra
The a54 video looks more natural, so I prefer that one
Then Samsung S1 has the most natural colors
Go for that 😂😂

@@MORaXedit1My Old Samsung Galaxy A10 is trash.
i like the a54.. more realistic color output the s20 ultra produce like a filter effect..😅
I actually have the samsung galaxy a54
Samsung did destroy the s20 camera along with the updates
you can check the s20u review at its time
s20 way better, better specs and processor, faster phone
agreed 😊😅
u can actually disable the processing
Flagship is always a flagship
The camera is too processed on the flagship its trash
@@ProfesionalVideoWatcher it's your opinion
Me i still prefer the flagship madafaka
@Dzelux i still prefer Flagships MFkr IT s not just about the fking Camera
@@ProfesionalVideoWatcher it depends bro wtf
@@marcm.official no it doesn't you can clearly see how process this one is
It feels like the old flagship has too much AI magic and the colors are too vivid
just use the RAW camera app to disable it or get rid of it
IMO, Colours look nearly natural on A54. S20 Ult. has a weird and kind of an over saturation
A flagship is A flagship 😊
My points exactly I'm using a OnePlus 7 pro and would never substitute it for a long of midrangers today. Flagship phones have a density in them when being used
not if it's 3 yrs old lol
@@Shockloadnothing is what it is if it is old.
The new mid range.
Ya
The best front facing is the S20U but the rear camera is the A54.
the old flagship makes him look bubblicious
The A54 actually clears, didn't expect that
Me with a 5 year old buget phone 💀
I still use a broken samsung galaxy s10 with a broken touchscreen on the top only in apps
Rear camera of a54 is amazing!
I'm stuck between s22 or a54 😫
Surely the s22 is waaay better what are you stuck about..
@@SomeOne-rw6gz Battery life :( I got the A54, It's kinda good, I really liked it so far, No downside for me, I wish it had 4K 60fps video recording.

@@wecrashgames ya it only falls back when you play tense games that requires a good processor.. other than that the midrangers do good for the price!
S20 has better lighting while the a54 picks up a bit more detail
I agree, but the a54 looks more natural as well.
Yep , contrast and shadows matter
The Note 20 Ultra was my driver for the past 3 years or so... despite drops, daily use and all... kept pristine and was running better than many new midrangers 😂 now... S24 Ultra is from another #dimension
The a54 rear looked WAY better, but it shouldn't have. That's still a relevant sensor. Seems like Samsung might be up to something Apple-y
The new mid range looks better especially with the rear facing camera
S20u. Flagship phones are there for a reason.
I'm watching this on a 5 year old midrange Samsung phone (A70) lmao it still actually slaps
Man. I thought that was an s23, they look so similar I wanted to cry when you said it was midrange lol
Buy the midranger over the flaship only if the gap is greater than 5 years between their releases!
They're flagship for reasons. The old flagship is still better
Me watching this at 240p :

Do more of these compares
I'm a certified member of the 4 year old midrange gang 😎
It is all about ISP which is rarely getting updated for midrange
Flagship is always a Flagship so I will go with the exclusive S20 Ultra 📱
The old flagship a million times over
i think the only reason why people would be considering an older flagship is mainly cause of performance not camera capabilities. the front maybe the s20 just a little bit but the rear the a54 is miles better.

S20's front camera
A54's rear camera, looks more natural
For the rare facing camera I liked S20 ultra
But for the front facing camera I liked A54 😊
I prefer the a54 because it takes a real selfies of you without many improvements, however the s20u beautify the selfie or improve it
Rear facing was WAY better on the A54
Old flagships still better than the current midranges. But still underrated due to oversaturated of reselling old iphones.
My Galaxy Note 8 way outperforms my sisters A52😊
Well the mic of this both phone sound so good 👍,
I will always choose an older flagship over a new mid-range phone because flagships have superior cameras, software support, and performance.
Also higher quality displays too, like Super Amoled, OLED & Dynamic Amoled.
Me with a 3 year old lg phone wishing they still made phones😢
I think both are pretty even as far as the camera goes.
Once a Flagship, always a Flagship
A54 looks natural, i prefer the a54
The Old Flagship is way better also performance wise
A54 for the back camera and S20U for the front camera
The A54. The old flagship seems too saturated.
Flagship phone looks more realistic for both camera sets
flagships are always good for about 6 years
Second hand 3 years old flagship, you mean?
Until I can get old flagship in a brand new condition, the question shouldn't be existed at all.
Me with a 4year old flag ship S10 still rocking better photos and videos than many brand new mid range.😅😅😅
very impressive how good the new middle range have gotten
Not sure which was which. I would probably get the newer phone in general.
One is like smooth baby face and the other is more like crazy crispy detailed face
I like the natural camera of a54
watching from 2018 midrange phone
ask and every will say old flagship of course but we all gotta encounter one flaw and its battery since after 2 years starting to degrading
New midrange one. Better deal nd everyone is not a vlogger or selfie-ish person so can compromise on the front camera quality.
I feel like the S20Ultra did better at video stabilization, while I really liked the more natural colors of the a54.
me watching this on 2 year old mid range s21 fe i got on clearance 💀💀💀
How is it?
I'm s20u user still a King in 2023
Damn in the s20 ultra video he look like hes going to pop
A mix would be the best, but I prefer the A 54
Selfie on old flagship but the rear new flagship phone
The A54 rear Cam looks more natural in the colors
Is it me or the last one look better than is recording camera
Old Flagship has better quality and build.
But new midrange has more current OS and also probably a better CPU.

I liked front camera of 3yr old flagship and rear camera of New mid range samsung.
Honestly looks like the back camera of the A is similar quality to the front camera of the S20.
A 3 year old Bugatti will always be better than a new Ferrari
The back facing camera on the a54 is better but the front camera on the s20 is better
the front camera on A54 is a bit bluer side
but the rear facing camera has good colours
My mom has a Samsung A53. She really likes the phone. It's the first time her experiencing a 120hz display. And she also plays some games. By games I mean Candy Crush and Bubble Shooter. Lol
rear camera of a54 looks good
Good software and ok hardware vs good hardware but old software
Bro speaks slower than a turtle 💀
Front video the S20 ultra takes it, the back video however...well,the a54 takes it🤧! Very interesting!
Me watching on my Samsung Note 7 with burned screen
4 years old budget phone 💪( Vivo u20
The colors looks better on the S20 but the A54 looks more realistic.
if the couple of years old phone works well, there is no need to buy a new phone
don't buy a new technology if the old one works technology
Nokia 8 ta-1004 is the best budget gaming phone with snapdragon 835 and 4gb ram
The rear of the A54 😦☁️
The S20 has a brighter photo's and video.
I'm no expert but I honestly can't tell the difference both look amazing
Front for the S20U
Rear for the A54
In front facing camera old galaxy s20 ultra.
But surprisingly in rear facing camera it's galaxy a54
me watching on a 5 year old mid range phone 😢
old flagship
You did not adjust the exposure properly which makes this an unfair comparison
OLD IS GOLD -mean Flagship is always flagship
Still on 11t pro . Better then new midrangers
Old budget: 🗿🍷
