Just installed on my 2024. Front piece fits great. The rear one has some gaps on either side. If my headliner was tighter it probably would hold the clips better preventing it from sagging in. Otherwise it’s a great sunshade.
Good video, the shades look premium. It seems like there's quite a bit of space between the roof and the shades right where the two pieces meet. in the middle of the car. How much headroom have you lost? Ciao, Marco.
Garrick, I just received the Vion shades. We have a 23 Model y. I can not get the tabs to fit into the space between the ceiling plastic trim and the roof glass. Any suggestions? Thanks
Yes, i had that issue as well. Seems like tesla needs to step up their quality and control. I kept trying or found a spot that fits and slid it down to the tough spot
I had the very same issue just now as I was installing. I put the clips on the sides first and then found the spot where I was able to stick it in, which was like halfway going towards the back. Then I stuck it in there and slid the front shade forward to where its supposed to be positioned. Also, gotta thank @garrick_ish for this video. After watching it a couple times, I was able to install it somewhat easier after getting past that issue of the tabs. 👍🏽
I used a credit card to find where there was an opening. Then I passed the credit card to a tight spot and squeezed the tabs in. These shades are very effective at reducing sunlight over heating the interior. Thanks Garrick.
how long have you use this shade? does it stay on good ? doesn't fall off? i just installed mine today. install wasn't easy but not super hard. the clips are a pain. thanks help is appreciate.
I had the shade on for a few months. It stays on really well. I haved tried several other Sunshades, this was the one of the best so far! The clips are not the issue. Its the head liner that is inconsistent through out the car. But as soon as everything is in place, It works really well.

Just put mine in. A little sag, but honestly hard to see it. No gaps. Looks great. The AC actually keeps up with the heat now. Car is SO much cooler!

Hey Marco, made the adjustment after the fact. Pretty good sunshades. Did’t loose much headroom. Maybe lost about an inch
