We decided to go on a little Artifact hunt on Columbus Day with our friend Indiana Smith AKA Lewis Smith. We have coined this the Indigenous Artifacts Day hunt! We found a TON of Arrowheads and other artifacts on this trip! It certainly did NOT disappoint!

Is this a private place on the river or is there access to it? Thanks! We went to the Ladonia Fossil Park today and everything was covered in a layer of mud. Maybe thinking we should try after a rain. When is the best time to go condition wise?

The fossil park Is always covered in mud unfortunately. The best time is after a rain when water washes out more fossils
