Personally, I think that all 30 films in the Universal Classic Monsters Complete Collection are absolutely awesome. There is not a bad movie in the collection. They are all awesome, all great, all classic.
Haven't watched all of them but but 1. Creature From The Black Lagoon!!!!!! 2. Phantom Of The Opera Lon Chaney!!!! 3. Invisible Man!!! 4. The Mummy!! 5. Frankenstein (still good) 6. Dracula (still good)
I have the opposite opinion of the 2010 Wolfman- I thought Benicio Del Toro was the only truly good performance and that Anthony Hopkins acted like he was about to fall asleep at any moment lol.
Wolfman 2010 is a great movie and criminally underrated! Mary Shelley's Frankenstein 1994 as well! Together with Bram Stoker's Dracula from 1992 those three are the best Universal Monster Movies and could form a trilogy on their own. De Niro's Monster and Oldman's Dracula are monumental roles! All of James Whales' movies are masterpieces on their own and can't be compared to none, they are engraved in movie history. The Mummy from 1999 was also superb! Phantom with Gerard Butler is visually maybe the most beautiful of all Universal Monster movies. Dracula Untold was very promising and stylish and original, and deserved a sequel, but as it it is, without a sequel it is mediocre. The Mummy from 2017 is the greatest disgrace.
I love the 2010 Wolfman, it captured the look and feel of the Lon Chaney Jr. version and I wish Universal continued with that premise of updating the originals but keep it’s essence. This could have been the building block for a new cinematic universe but for some reason it failed at the box office unfortunately.
Points off for saying it's disappointing for the lead character to be killed by a dog. Bad Moon (based off the novel Thor) is about a dog who saves the family from a werewolf, and the dog hero is both believable and a total badass. You put a German Shepherd protecting it's family against anyone or anything, and I'm putting y money on the German Shepherd!
I really like the story for The Son of Dracula. I did find The Invisible Woman funny....laughed out Loud many times while watching it. The Mummy with Brandon Frazier is fun but to have it in the same category as Bride of Frankenstein.....HMMM.
Creature Walks Among Us is a great movie, it is better than the Revenge of the Creature which was a King Kong knock off. CWAU is a sad movie especially when he looks out to the water, the mask is amazing and how it was framed for the murder was tragic. This movie is now recognized as progressive and thought provoking.
I ever only heard one other person say this but Jaws is very much a Universal Monster movie. And if you think about so are the first 3 Jurasic Park movies.
To me, the Universal Monsters ideal, is what defines, the classic monster lineup!!!! No matter what other company, put what out, these monster's are the iconic visuals, of them. Also, try to pronounce your words, a little more clearer, as some is unintelligible. It's alkward to see Peter Lorre, as a Japanese man?? Haven't you ever watched any, of the 'Mr. Moto', detective series with him??? Peter J. Nāsh?? Who the hell is that🤨⁉️ Maybe J. Carroll Naish, perhaps🤔, hmmm??
Dear channel; u need to give us a short mental break between movies. Maybe a 5 second break with music. We need a few seconds to process the information
I generally agree with your list. I do think Dracula’s Daughter strongly features Queer text. The fact that she likes men just makes her Bi, but she is CLEARLY into ladies🌈
@@LinzTH-cam Still looks comical to me regardless of how advanced it was. Even then I believe Pierce's techniques were getting old. But the makeup for the Monster 10 years previous is sublime.

You missed Abbott and Costello meet Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde
Excellent recaps. Thank you. I enjoyed the trip.
Enjoyed your video, but not crazy about mixing old and new Universals...!!
God I Love This Franchise
Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein is actually my favorite universal monster movie
I love the Universal monster movies, arguably the first cinematic Universe. 😁
Awesome video. Wish it was longer because of how great it was and would love to hear more of your opinions.
Keep up the great work.
Haven't watched all of them but but
1. Creature From The Black Lagoon!!!!!!
2. Phantom Of The Opera Lon Chaney!!!!
3. Invisible Man!!!
4. The Mummy!!
5. Frankenstein (still good)
6. Dracula (still good)
The WOLF MAN" is one of my favorites..!!
Agree mostly with your assessments and give you BIG credit for pronouncing the actors names correctly!
Thank you for this video? These films classics in their own right.
LON CHANEY SHALL NOT DIE!! Miss you FJA!!
Love it! Thanks. Good to see some respect put on van Helsing at last too :)
I love The Mummy (1999)
In 1941 Lon Chaney Jr. Played the Wolfman, the Mummy,Dracula and Frankensteins monster.
The Lewis Allen sequel 1945s the Unseen, is now on blu ray from Australia's Imprint label.
The "Son of Dracula" goof is actually the shadow of an old school mic on a boom not a camera....
Hello End Credits Reviews, I was wondering if you would be interested in appearing on the Undead Parrot Podcast where we talk everything horror.
Did this ever happen? Was there monster mash up?
I agree with the third Mummy, but I liked the yeti until they kicked a dude like a field goal..
I have the opposite opinion of the 2010 Wolfman- I thought Benicio Del Toro was the only truly good performance and that Anthony Hopkins acted like he was about to fall asleep at any moment lol.
Regarding the Lon Chaney Mummy movies: It's Not Car-is, but Care-is
I love Brendan Fraiser’s The Mummy! No point in watching the rest of this.
Great video, well done. Did you rank Dracula Untold?
Yes. I put it in the B list.
Van Helsing my first horror movie all because of Van Helsing's Factory from Movie Park Germany

Good list, but disagree on Renfield, which I greatly enjoyed, and Van Helsing, which I didn't.
Van Helsing is incredible effects
Rating Son of Dracula as low as you did makes me sus of the ones you'll have at the top.

I agree. I also saw Halloween III on the Universal Monster Channel through Pluto TV.

Van Helsing should not have killed off the woman. Would have made a good trilogy.
6:00 not enough Phantom, WAY too much Opera. If I want to see an Opera, I'll go to the Opera lol.
You forgot the two Hollowman movies.
You forgot The Mad Ghoul! But I don't blame you.
The Mad Ghoul ? Is it one to check out?
Pierre J Naish? Dr. Ketteral? J. Carroll Naish and Dr. Kettering.

Where does Bram Stokers Dracula from 1992 fit in?
I don’t think that was actually by Universal?
You didn’t actually rank them. I’m confused. You just provided one or two aspects that you liked or didn’t like.
He sort of did he started at F and announced then on what movies come next are in what rank.
You aren't going to put numbers with each film as you rank them? Also, try to put like, I dunno, some emotion into your voice when speaking.
I generally agree with your list. I do think Dracula’s Daughter strongly features Queer text. The fact that she likes men just makes her Bi, but she is CLEARLY into ladies🌈

I loathe the Wolfman make-up. Looks like he is wearing some kind of furry hunting hat. I can't take it seriously.
It's from 1941... you loath it? Have you researched how advanced that makeup was for its time. Calm down.
@@LinzTH-cam Still looks comical to me regardless of how advanced it was. Even then I believe Pierce's techniques were getting old. But the makeup for the Monster 10 years previous is sublime.
7:42 Alright! No bad movies from here on out!
*the terrible CGI Scorpion King's shadow looms over me*
