I skipped pre cleansing last week and my hair was not the same 😭.. so this week I deep oiled my hair for the first time in months, and I’m never going back. When I was going through hormonal/stress related hair loss/thinning, this was the method I used to minimize damage and help with growth. Oiling isn’t for everyone, nothing is of course. But, it’s non negotiable for me. My hair is low/medium porosity, thick, coarse, I have a dry scalp type, and oiling has transformed my hair 🤍 Oil and mask from @theinnatelife
I’ve been watching the TH-camrs about hair. I’m in my 60s and hair is thin. I wash my hair once a week now, oil it night before wash day, and cut my own hair. It’s working. Hair has more volume and I love my own cut! Minimal products and lots of love is what it takes. Money saved is great too! Win! Win!
Gorgeous as always Sarah, I too use the innate herbal hair mask from mids to ends pre cleanse, haven't tried the rosemary scalp treatment though, I am currently using Bur Bur growing season, love it!
@@SarahSaleen omg thank you for replying! How sweet! Definitely give it a try I am sure you will love it ♥️ quick question Sarah, I bought the vegamour gro serum because of you lol and I will barely start using it, I have an oily scalp so am curious if it makes your hair oily or weighs it down (I want to be able to use it daily as instructions say)
Omg it’s so good. I use it before bed and don’t wake up with a greasy scalp or anything like that. My scalp does lean on the dryer side. But I would for sure use it when you have a clean scalp that’s the most important time to use it 🤍🤍
Definitely it’s meant to be applied that way. You can also apply it slightly damp hair… but my hair is so prone to hydra fatigue so if I’m deep oiling, I just apply it to dry hair
I actually don’t. But When you first start oiling you may experience more shedding though because any hairs that were about to shed may go ahead a shed to make room for new hair.

quick question whered you get your scalp massagerfrom?!
Amazon! It’s similar to this one. You just want one with soft silicone bristles it’s the best imo. 🤍🤍amzn.to/3QF9u43

Can we apply that hair mask on dry hair?

Her hair is just thick.
Whenever I detangle my hair it get cut a lot and I'm not even done Detangling ¼ of my hair (because it's dry)
After this do u have hairfall
