    • @SlytherinQueen537
      @SlytherinQueen537 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

@@LeilaniY Then you have the darkest brown hair colour. Black hair cannot be brown even in different lighting because it’s pitch black and if your hair still turns brown (especially a light brown) then you 100% have brown hair. I naturally have black hair and the darkest brown highlights (like your hair colour). It’s ok to get confused because a lot of people do. It’s like how everyone is convinced they have black eyes (because the brown blends in with the black) until they realise it’s brown in different lighting and it’s impossible to have black eyes unless you have a condition (like blindness).

As a kid I used to have really thick and long hair.. and so whenever I went to salon for treatment or hairstyle, I would notice they charge me more compared to my cousin or relatives that was with me at that time .. and so I would think I wish I have normal thin hair like everybody else .. now as an adult.. I realized how lucky I was to have nice hair back then.. ive been experiencing moderate hair fall over the past year and still grateful my hair still looks healthy and thick but not like before of course . Im now starting my "rescue my hair" mission, starting with doing my own tonic, lessening damaging hair treatments and hairstyles... 🙏

Pre shower oiling, water purifier and massaging the scalp actually work wonders for the hair. My hair fall also reduced with time and became much softer to the touch. I use a mix of coconut oil and argan oil warmed with some fresh curry leaves on the scalp one weekend, and Bhringaraj oil the next weekend alternatively for my gray hair. I also use argan oil on my hair post shower to help the hair stay detangled longer. I haven't started using any serums though.

Of course what I do won’t work for everyone. Nothing works for everyone. Hair is personal and there are so many reasons as to why growth/thinning happens.

I highly recommend nettle leaf tea every night before bed if anyone decides to invest in the vigamour serum. I had long thick hair & cut it pixie length. It tremendously thinned since but when I started using that - combination with the gro serum. It sped up my growth & brought back the volume / babyhairs I needed. I completely rebuilt cause when I did have my length it was dry very damaged & went through tons of dye & color processing throughout the years. I’m almost to collar bone length in under 2 years!!! But I will have to put the money on nettle leaf & the rosemary scalp serum. Changes ur texture for the better & helps strength. Also noticed a difference in my skin & nails so fast oddly

You probably won't need to wear a cap to bed if you use satin pillow cases. Your hair slides on it. Protects from breakages. I heard cotton cases can absorb the moisture from your hair and dry it out. The satin cases are supposed to protect your style as well.

Genetics play a huge role too, y'all. Take these promotion videos with a grain of salt because your genetics could require a different routine/products. She clearly already naturally had thick and fairly healthy hair due to her genetics. Im not saying that her routine isn't a good one or that shes lying, but i have tried so many of the products and routines that are supposed to be good for 'all hair types' that absolutely did not work for my hair and actually caused damage. Ive had better luck with a more natural and simple approach to my thick European/Spanish hair.

As someone who works in the food industry, I can't avoid putting my thick long hair into a tight bun under a hair net to keep it out of the way, and using a clip or scrunchie will NOT hold it in place without a hair tie or elastic.
    What works for me:
I try to wear my hair down as much as possible at home, and only use a comb to gently detangle any knots.
I use TRESemme shampoo and conditioner treatment which helps with shiny, smooth, soft, manageable and healthy looking hair (the shampoo and conditioner costs about $20-$25 each, but the bottles are big and last forever).
I then towel dry my hair to about 80%, then use a Garnier leave in conditioner which helps with nourishing dry hair and helps repair it.
If my hair still appears or feels more on the dry and dull side, I use a Ultimate Repair spray treatment by Schwarzkopf with Keratin that strengthens the hair and gives it a healthy shine and makes it feel more hydrated, but I usually only use this spray the day after I've washed my hair and used the leave in conditioner.
Also, I pretty much never use a heated method of curling my hair, and if I do, I use a heat protecting spray first.
Would like to point out that your hair condition also depends a lot on genetics, hydration levels, diet, mental state, and even hormone balance. If your diet is bad, mental state is rocky, you're not drinking enough water, and so forth, then your hair is not going to be as healthy and luscious with mild hair treatment changes. Not saying that it won't help, because changing your hair products and getting into a routine could definitely give you healthier and stronger hair.

Recently coz of the cold winters I started having dandruff., so here’s what I do-
    Onion-honey-aloe mask once a week(homemade)
    Oiling before hair wash
Hydrating myself enough, along with a good 6hr sleep(at least for me, it’s heaven)
    Combing my hair upside down
And yeah, hair supplements do play the role.
It works! But it works different on different people.

What you said about little black girls with their hair straight (often flat ironed) being seggsualized but it’s normal and innocent for little girls of other demographics to have straight hair hair and not be demonized for it (told that they’re “fast”). That says a lot about how we are viewed in society…

In the previous year, I tried three different well-known hair growth serums. The one that performed the most effectively for me and gave me actual result is littlleexttrra reactivate hair growth serum. In just four months, it had a significant difference. I began noticing baby hairs after twelve weeks, and by the 16th week, they were clearly visible and began to cover the bald spots on my scalp.
