Hi Lea. beautiful shots, beautiful scenery. I love France, it's colorful nature, beautiful cities and famous mountains. By the way, I ski in France every year. Enjoy your journey, I follow you and look forward to the next time. Robin, Prague, Czech.
I don't know whether it was Adventurrist or Micou Meekoo, I knew Baume-Les-Messierus from one of them. It's a beautiful spot of earth. Back in 2004, a job took me to Ogeu Les Bains. On my way there, I came through Pau. The entire region was stunningly beautiful, and Pau kind of looked like the cherry on the cake there. Next time I get the chance for hollidays in France, I guess I will go there. And La Barre is on the list. Guess why! 🤗
Great video. The drone footage is always nice. Small towns are always the best for local character and food. I always like to try the local beers and haven’t been disappointed yet.
I've ridden a few times in France and a place I really liked is Sarlat in the Dordogne or Rocamadour in the Lot region. On the way to the Alps, the Vercors is one of my favorite destinations to drive through. Next time I will definitely visit this town. It's these kind of medieval towns that I love. That's the second time in a week I've learned something new after the Weiisenstein pass I'll be riding in July
@@Got2Go On July 25, 2022, we will enter Switzerland through the Weissenstein Pass ( thanks to you ) and stay in Wangen An den Aare. The next day, the 26th we drive the Glaubenbergpass, the Sustenpass, the Old Gotthardpass to end in Locarno on Lago Maggiore. If you are in Switzerland during that period, I would be honored if you would join us. The next day we drive to Italy, the Dolomites.
@@Got2Go Sarlat is in my area and is a nice tourist hotspot. There are many other towns and villages where the tourists don't go. We live here permanently and we both ride bikes, if you are ever in the area......
Hi! I was stationed in Germany in the late 80s and early 90s and it was beautiful. I got my first street bike while I was there. Needless to say it was amazing. I didn't get a chance to travel much outside of Germany but love traveling through Europe virtually with you. Just beautiful! Ride Safe!
I have never been to France or Europe. I have only traveled in the USA. But, through your eyes, your adventures, and the information you provide, I am able to see and experience the beauty and history of every place you travel. It all is so very very beautiful. I guess it is a good thing that I have never been there, it would take me forever to go from one town to the next. You see, I love history, the architecture of the buildings, and learning about all the different cultures, so I would be trying to find anyone in each town that could answer all my questions. I would be one of those pain in the rear tourists. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful videos and the most beautiful scenery. I really appreciate and look forward to the information you provide for everything in your travels. It makes me feel like I riding along with you all. Stay safe!
That sounds more like you are an awesome tourist who is really interested in the culture, people and the places you visit. BUT: it would indeed take you forever as there are so many beautiful places that a worth a visit. You can literally go to nearly every small village in France and find an old church, awesome food and a lot of history. For me knowing that these places are so close to my home it is of course much more easy to just skip some of the parts.

To be honest it is not 100 percent easy to do that in Europe - the mentality is quite different here than in many other countries and many people really don’t like to get filmed, even if they own a place and want to promote it. So you can mostly film the places, but not the people if you don’t plan this way before hands, ask for permissions and make appointments to record your videos (which of course doesn’t work for me because I am traveling spontaneously…)
