Another good Video! Nice work. Must be warm out in the NW wearing T shirts. Still too chilly here in the Finger Lakes for that. I hope someday to go to the NW and go fishing. Little John gonna growing up to be one hell of a fisherman.
Where are you launching from? Would like to see if it would be worth the drive down. I would love to try fishing for walleye but I am in the Tacoma Wa area. Thanks.
Looks like another good day on the Columbia. I really enjoy John's enthusiasum...especially when he nets a fish and declares it to be a big one or a good one. I've heard some people say that the larger Walleye don't eat as well as the smaller ones. Do you find any truth to that? If so, what size do you like best for the table? Thanks, and keep up the good work.
I kept an 11 pound walleye years ago and it was awful! It turned me off of walleye for about 5 years. I usually keep and eat anything under 4 pounds and have not experienced that again. Tight lines!
A good day it was! The smaller/younger the fish the better quality it will be. Just like any other game bird, deer, elk etc. The meat color on the older fish is darker…
Recently found your channel and really enjoy it. What year and model is your Hewescraft and what trolling motor set up is that? I have a 2012 Searunner and am just now getting it dialed in TYIA Watching more looks like a Minkota Ultera? What length shaft, and is it a 200 Searunner? One more: did you buy or make your cutting board?
Nice to see you teaching your son....thank you for sharing!
👍🏻
Cutest little fisherman ever.

Nice Serge, you’re killing it👍🏻😎
Thanks! 👍🏻
I really like watching your bow mount deploy and the prop wash of your 115. Could you include more segments into your videos
👍🏻

Whereabouts on the Columbia are you fishing?
Nice video again . I got one question for you. How long is your spinners to your bottom bouncer?. On Fort Peck I run just a 3 foot leader
3’-5’ usually
@@Pacific_NW thanks for your reply. One of these days b4 I die I will fish the Columbia

Its a Hewescraft Sportsman 200 Here's a link to the trolling motor: amzn.to/3IYpjyr Hope that helps! Thanks.
@@Pacific_NW thank you, and yours is a 60”? Any info on your cutting board setup? I like it too, looks larger than most.
I made the cutting board table myself as I couldn’t find anything on the market that would work for me. 60” shaft on the Minn Kotta! 👍🏻
What boat launch do you use looks nice and empty
What part of the columbia river are you on?
I like your table or cutting board
Where you get it??
Thanks. I custom built the table myself.
Great video. Was this recent?
So when is a walleye a “pre-spawn” walleye? When do they become a “post-spawn” walleye? Just thought I’d ask the expert🤷🏼♂️
After they spawn! 😁
😂
