    I guess it is the sole responsibility of those wearing plaid shirts to call 911. 😂

    At my CPR training last year, the instructor said that one can forego the breath as the most vital was the chest compression and maintaining blood flow to the brain. Does this make any difference besides sparing the few seconds of breathing?

      Kimberly, did you know how to do CPR on a dummy or a real person? Do you know how to do CPR?

    If a heart stops, will a defibrillator start it back? Is CPR the best way to start a stopped heart?

    Why do you check for the carotid pulse? If there is a pulse, do you do something differently?

    • @김구글-x5s
      @김구글-x5s 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Travis Millward If patient has a carotid pulse then CPR performer do not need to perform CPR. And if patient has a pulse and normal breathing then first aid provider need to secure patient airway and protect it. However if patient has a pulse but no breathing then first aid provider need to do rescue breathing.
      ※Warning:Normal person should not check patient carotid pulse and if patient has no breathing or abnormal breathing(agonal breathing) then first aid provider shold do CPR immediately

      Travis Millward I'm not good at English so please understand about that. And I recommed that you should take part in CPR or First aid learning class
