Deland is located in Volusia County. It is located along the eastern shore of the St. Johns River and contains about 68 historic buildings. The district is bounded by Florida & Rich Avenues, Woodland Boulevard, & Howry Avenue. This is walk through tour of the historic downtown to give you a more up-close view of this beautiful town.

I agree, it is a nice town. I think all of Florida is getting too busy. Even the rural areas have homes being built everywhere. The traffic is horrible!
