pin 2 = switch 1
pin 3 = resistor 1
pin 4 = (-) buzzer
pin 5 = switch 2
pin 6 = resistor 2
pin 7 = (+) buzzer
pin 9 = switch 3

pin 12 = switch 4
pin 13 = resistor 4

odds are your green LED just doesnt work. happens all the time. also make sure you stuck it in the right way , long leg is NOT in the power rail.

i tested led 1st.
then changed wire

did you connect gnd or you might be using different ohm resistor. Those are the first things you should check. If those are in properely then check the code
