Your plant collects are amazing. There are huge, beautiful, and maybe i think you grew long this plants. Today morning I enjoyed the video into your plant collection. Happy new year 🎄☕🎂
I was in Costa Rica the week of Thanksgiving and the Song of India was in the yards of the homes there. I was amazed. Yours looks just as good as the ones grown outside in CR
Hi ! Yes, you can fertilize all year as long as you girlie the regimen prescribed. For example, I use Jacks year round and their constant fertilization formula calls for 1/4 tsp every time you water. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Hi there! I have a plant website Plantluxxe.com…. Jacks is on there, however, if you’re using your cell, you have to click “load more” several times in order to get to it…. I realize now I have to reorganize my website so that it isn’t hard to find😂🪴 Thank you for commenting and watching🪴❤️
I'll bet you'd do really well with a Fern Leaf or Shark tooth cactus. They're beautiful jungle cactus and so easy to propagate. All your plants are so healthy and beautiful. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family. 🎄
Hi girlie! I LOVE cacti. I haven't really added any to my collection yet. I need training on the cultivars! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well! THank you for watching!
Couple things .... and a question .... the first pellionia is a pulchra. Very underrated plant in my opinion. I had my p&j in a NE window and it absolutely white washed my plant so pls move your njoy before that happens. My question is about the hanging philodendrons. I can’t keep one healthy for long. They’re suppose to be easy care but mine start to bald on top and get scraggly looking within a few months and idk what I’m doing wrong. It has happened to my micans/Brasil/cream splash. Pls help🥺
Hi Naomi! Yes, that pellionia pulchra is awesome--so unique and interesting. I propagated about 25 of them for the shop. The props look even better than the other plant--it is CRAZY how that happens, but it makes sense- new soil, grow lights, etc. I think in the video I misspoke and called it a repens, but my repens is pulled back in another location. Anyway, fun fun fun. Love them both! The hanging philodendrons- they are off the charts and I am sooo blessed with those. Set it and forget it is my thing. They are pulled back from a north - east facing window about 20 feet. But windows are not blocked by any trees or anything so they get excellent lighting for this kind of plant. We cut them regularly to get them to bush out. They are between 5 to 2 years old. Yours CAN grow just like the ones you saw in the video (as long as they are getting good light, regular fertilizer, and water once a week. Chop and prop, grow the props in water. Transplant on top to cure boldness once the props are ready. Use sphagnum moss mixed with soil when giving your plant a "hair" transplant, hahahaha, We do this for some of out plants too sometimes. Philodendrons are notorious for "balding." This was a great question! Thanks for sharing! I am going to do a video on this because it is a common problem and I think many plant parents would like some advice on cures for plant balding. Thanks for watching!
