As a Kannadiga from karnataka proud to remember that one of the great dynasties of Bengal were Kannada speaking royal family from Karnataka ie the Sena dynasty .The sena dynasty ruled Bengal and surrounding areas for 250 years One of the great cultural religious epochs in pre islamic Bengal. In fact the name Dhaka comes from Dhakeshwari temple constructed by the sena dynasty .Another fantastic fact is that the same Kannada dynasty built the Sankara gaureshwara temple in far off Kashmir
A south indian family ruling eastern India built temple in Kashmir Thats indian history.!

I been to Brussels too. This particular restaurant is actually a Bangladeshi Restaurant, - they normally ( & always) name their restaurants with Indian names, as Indian foods are famous all over. Anyways, Bangladeshi foods are mostly matching with Indian part Bengalee foods, as earlier Bangladesh was part of India and was greater Bengal infact, now an independent country. Loved the way u ate the full platter 😛... U really love Indian food. By the way, that Vindaloo is Goan food, i doubt if that Bangladesh Chef made it correctly... Pretty sure it is Bangladeshi. He even at one point mentions that he saw Carlos in some vlog of B'desh and then says "No Calcutta"; Also as a Bengali myself it is often easy to spot the lingo; he surely is from Bangladesh (may have 'fled' to India 'legally' or something - Most 'Indian'places abroad are run by Bangladeshis masquerading as Indians.

Not indian .this is a Bangladeshi place. This is common in Europe unfortunately. They should name it Bangladeshi place. But if it's named Bengal it's technically correct. However a Bengali place serving Vindaloo with Green Chilly means it's faking.

And also beacuse paxtan and begladesh is infamous for radicals and so they want to bypass all the despise and prejudice they might attract in the west.

Vindaloo or vindalho is an Indian curry dish based on the Portuguese dish carne de vinha d'alhos which is popular in Goa, Vasai, the Konkan, Kerala and other parts of India.where is potato in this dish .if u are a food blogger so first learn behind the story of every food dish then represent.vindaloo is not mixed with potato curry.its A standard element of Goan cuisine derived from the Portuguese carne de vinha d'alhos (literally "meat in garlic wine marinade"), a vindaloo is a dish of meat (usually pork) marinated in wine and garlic.[2] The basic structure of the Portuguese dish was the Portuguese sailor's "preserved" raw ingredients, packed in wooden barrels of alternate layers of pork and garlic, and soaked in red wine. This was "Indianized" by the local Goan cooks with the substitution of palm vinegar for the red wine, and the addition of dried red chili peppers with additional spices. It evolved into the localized and easy-to-pronounce dish "vindaloo".[4]
The British Indian version of vindaloo calls for the meat to be marinated in vinegar, sugar, fresh ginger and spices, then cooked with more spices.[2]
