India has mastered the use of vegetables. Sometimes you forget that theres no meat because its so delicious and filling you dont even need meat. The use of spices, potatoes, paneer, tomatoes with paratha or naan or even rice just works so well. The only issue is this: they usually cook the vegetables down so much that a lot of the nutritional value is gone. Vegetables are most beneficial in their raw state. But really its so delicious who really cares.

I enjoy your videos. I would like to suggestion: keep you videos short in length (probably around 8-10 mins). Although your content is good, anyone will usually get bored after 10 mins. Also, may be you can focus on closer objects. The menu kinda seems blurry.
