Indeed this was really ambitious and took some time to prepare. But I was in the mood for some tender and flavourful lamb. The potatoes were the ones that took the longest 🥲
I’m self employed at the moment, and it gives me flexibility to enjoy these nice lunches.
What do you normally eat for lunch? ☺️

I am doing well, thank you!
When I am working from home, I usually heat something I cooked earlier, or make something simple, perhaps boil an egg and a sandwich and something additional. But your video gave me the idea of sous vide of something for lunch. It usually takes very little time if prepared in advance!

I would do the exact same to be honest. Boiled eggs are an excellent go to!
Yeah, this lunch recipe could be made quickly, if some bits were prepared in advance. If you try it out, let me know how it goes!

The elastics have been interesting. I did actually enjoy using them, because it made my mouth feel “secure”. I know this is weird to say ahah
This is such a great idea, to make a video just about the elastics, because I feel the elastics made SUCH a big difference in “closing” my mouth/my front teeth gap, and in only 2 months my front teeth were touching (which has never happened before in my life) 😳

Is there anything in particular you would like to know about the rubber bands? Anything you are worried about?
