You should either be rich or a politician to serve people extraordinarily... But civil services is just an exam, just read to get there.... @@mj_upschow about RBI governor election commission of India diplomates and many more but 90% of civil servants don't think as you said and one more name Manipur ias pame Armstrong Google him then you will know about civil services....
