After watching the dumping video, I saw that everything going into the truck will be sorted at the facility. I was quite impressed with the long procedure! Hard workers, as always! (Cheri-Dousman, WI)
The quality of the video is mared by the participants. The crew breaks glass and they leave it in the street. Where is the safety and concerns for the unsuspecting public who will eventually drive over the broken glass. Love the videos
if you find any good stuff you should keep it. when i was younger and 158 was doin the volvos route, they would take anything. i remember getting a hurricane lantern and a wheelie bin. that was 7 years ago. but 5 stars!!!!!
Hi Mitch!! Another smashing vid there mate!! These two like to chit chat with one another unlike some of the other vids. Question, is there a union involved here? What is the least liked job that there is as far as collections go? And what would be the most sought after? I always see older guys on these bulk runs. Another thing i saw was that toward the end of part 2, there was an item tat they didn't take, didn't see what it was. Great vid, shows that these older trucks still have muscle!
I've managed to attain over the last 10 years about 4-5 vacuum cleaners out for collection. Of them, about half still worked.

Had a tough time pulling the trash into the truck at 9:34. I bet the log (looked like one) at 8:49 is still intact when the blade opens.
