you can directily tell alexa or google home to switch on or off the switch just like any other smart home appliance but no advance program possible in switch you can do it through google routines .

My switches are still working fine n can still recommend them . This switches also work just like any normal switches so we are covered on that front too . If you have many old non smart devices this is the best solution.
1 switch supports 4 devices max but with low power like led lights , for geyser you need a high amp switch as shown in video . You get 1 , 2 & 4 device control per module according to the amperage / voltage of the device , you have to choose the switch accordingly .
yes when its off in white color n when its on in blue color but if you are thinking of cost , if all your switches are like this also according to me it will not cost you more than 300 to 400 a year

Your wifi range is just not covering that switch signali must be very weak. I have faced this problem in my bathroom n had to install wifi access points to address the issues

its just a touch no feedback , but you can hear a click each time you touch it due to the relay switching on n off.
