8th Note Triplets 92 bpm

I've been playing the drums for over 30 years and funnily enough the one thing I never developed was good foot independence and triplets between feet and hands. I've decided to tackle that right now. Starting with 8th note triplets each day I will pump up the BPM. This is the first day at 92 bpm. I plan on going to 130 bpm.
1st Day: 92 bpm
2nd Day: 102 bpm
3rd Day: 110 bpm
4th Day: 120 bpm
5th Day: 130 bpm
Then....onto 16th note triplets and Bonham triplets! Oh, the fun never ends!
