As an average Indian I prefer to study in HINDI Language but this English Explanation got me Understand every single word, I don't think that I can understand this topic better in HINDI LANGUAGE. Her English is so suitable for me and I prefer to learn more with her videos. Thanks! Your new Subscriber added!
Good explanation, but I think some of stuff is missing here. One needs to add to it Control Theory/Cybernetics/Statistical Process Control Theory/Systems Engineering, etc. in order to explain what the job of a manager is. The job of a manager is not simply to coordinate the parts of a system, his job will vary depending on the situation which can be one of the following: create a new system, fix an existing system, improve an existing system, control an existing system. One of the most important phases is the control phase, and barely anyone is teaching that! If you want to control a system, you have to bring it in the state of control = state of predictive behavior or outcome of a system. For that, one would need to learn how to describe a system trough the relationship between the input factors and its outputs. For this, one needs to use DOE technique, SPC and many of other things from the Engineering field. This is what I find most of surprising is, that Engineering have actually more knowledge about management than any graduate from management degree.
Thankyou so much ma'am...now I can understand after listening to your session.and your explanation with crued examples make easier to understand the concept...🙏
