When I was 13(im now 14) I used to deal with lust and other sins. I had depression and everything was wrong with my life. I would want to dream of lustful things while sleeping. But when 2024 came, I wanted to change so for the 1st time I trully turned to God. Then that night I turned to Christ, I had sleep paralysis on a high level ive never experienced. Like a demon attacking me. I called on the name of Christ with all my strength(even though you cant move and its hard to breath) and all of the sudden I saw a bright light and a knight with armour and a sword symbolizing Gods protection. Ive been following the Lord ever since.
Was raised Catholic went to catholic school, but became rebellious. In my early teen years, I was in & out of jail, stealing, drugs, etc. Almost died twice. Friends betrayed me and set me up to die for just a bag of weed. By some miracle, I was introduced to a church. Got involved & made a retreat. Gave my life to God at 19. Went protestant for awhile, then came back after reading Early church fathers. Mary is now my mother and would die defending her honor.
I married for 1 reason & i have kept reminding her bt i see i have lost her sir Shamoun & our Lord Jesus Christ can also see my tears. Even so, i have NEVER been let down by Him. I will continue to do His work while here on earth&if necessary in His place of eternal rest. God continue to bless us all sir Shamoun
25 years ago I was at my absolute worst place in my life. I then told myself, deep in myself that God does not exist and I will make it a point to destroy Christians with my testimony of how he does not provide and does not exist. 10 minutes later 2 ladies walked into my office and said Jesus sent them with an urgent message for me That I am never alone and He will never leave me nor forsake me, even if I think He did. That message is true for every believer who trust and believe in Jesus......Jesus is The Good Shepherd....
Jesus answered me also during the worst time in my life. No way it was a coincidence. It was a one in a trillion Chance. He answers me twice. And this is how I know Jesus is REAL and always with us.
My first prayer as Muslim in a western country was to offer a candle and a prayer to the holy vergine asking help as I was in a Catholic country, after I asked also Jesus who where a prophet in that time. I prayed God and a picture of the Lord Jesus of Divine Mercy gave me the answer of my prayer. Thank you Lord Jesus and thank you mother Mary for your love. I have such a wonderful journey no words can explain. And this happened in 1986 and I can’t count the miracles I have seen since and the pace the Lord gave me and the help of the holy vergine in my life and the life of a lot of peoples. Praise the Lord and all my veneration to the Vergine Mary.
If you know the basics of the scriptures, you brother would know, That God Himself says that He alone is Righteous/Holy. And if you also read what at that time was the virgin Mary says to the angle about her unworthiness, because she rightly knew as we all know we all sin and thus we all fall short of the Glory of God Alone! Also, the word "Prayer" means to speak with God. So, any other speaking or attempt to speak with anyone is simply cummication, not "Prayer." So, please honor God by seeking Him First and not to lean on our own understandings, and to awknowledge Him in all our ways and He will direct our paths. And thus No Other should be allowed to be in His place of God and Prayers and Seeking for our paths in All Our Ways! So, Mary who had Christ and then other children according to the scriptures and is never taught to be saught for our spiritual interceding on our behalf, nor is anyone else, other than God Alone! Please start making a regular study of the whole bible, so that even the basics of what God has and is teaching us through the historical records of the Old Testimate and the New Testimate will show anyone about what God really teaches us about Prayer to Him Alone and anthing else we may have been taught incorrectly by others and ourselves, who diverge from the scriptures.
My mother told me that I told her that God was in the room when I was 2 years old. I don’t remember that but I did know God loved me from earliest memories. Jesus was my friend and He still is. So faithful.

I think that you are making an idol out of Mary and we are warned not to have any idols no matter who they are or how God used them. Where would you stop since many Biblical characters were blessed and given specific tasks eg. John the Baptist but we don’t give him homage and yet he was beheaded for preparing the way of the Lord and was a blood relative! Worship the Lord your God and Him only!

I live in Belgium and in the country side we have numerous little chapels that are dedicated to the Holy Virgin . In May they are decorated with flowers because this month is Hers . As a child I participated in yearly processions that went from one chapel to the next . Up until the 80's we've been a predominal catholic country with all the rituals that belonged to the Holy days which made us close-knit communities . I remember the priest following the stages of Christ with His cross towards His Crusifixion on Good Friday , the ash cross we received before the 40 day period of fastening and the midnight mass at Christmas . This reminds me of what i had also experienced, one day I prayed to God and I said " I know that the bible says that you Love me Lord, how can i know that for myself" finished my payer and got ready to fetch kids i was transporting to school at that time, got in the car and drove to one of the schools and on my way there i got stopped by a traffic officer who was doing some kind of routine checks on passing vehicle, he stopped me and the first thing he said to me is " Do you know that Jesus Loves you" and i Answered yes and he asked me " How do you mow" and before i could answer his question he answered it and said to me " Because he died for you" gave me a piece of paper with the results of the car inspection and he Left....I was left amazed that not less that 30min ago I prayed about this and I get an answer .... Mary is not part of the Godhead .....she was a special woman chosen by God for a special mission , but she is no different than any other person chosen by God .....she should not be elevated to a postion that God himself did not give her .

This hurts my heart, because I do believe that Sam is wise concerning the scriptures. Mary should never be addressed in any case. We are to honor her and that's it. Wonderful testimony. Jesus found me very early too.(4 years old) I felt His love. He did that for me. I don't doubt I would have killed myself before I was grown otherwise. God preserved me. It was the undeniable truth that God loved me that got me through. He is so good.
Praise God!That week my Husband died the first Gospel I have hear was the beatitude..it says "happy are those who mourn for they will be comforted" i think it wasnt just a coincedence but the holyspirit comforting me through the word of God. True enough the entire time I am in the peak of mourning ,I felt happy for that was the time I felt Gods presence more in my heart.

Absolute greatest story, and at 6 years old= God blessed you Sam🙏. I was lying in bed listening to this and my 9 year old granddaughter walked in and I had her listen to you and as I was tearing up she was getting bored and said "can I go go now I am already baptized".. This generation gets bored within minutes, and they always need an iPad or a device all the time to keep them busy😂. I lay with my granddaughter at night can we listen to Bible stories in a cartoon format and she knows knows about Exodus, Job, Noah, Daniel, Jesus etcc..and all kinds of " stories of the Bible" series.
Great conversion story. When I was about 6 years old my great aunt, who was a devout Catholic, told me something I never forgot. "When in Church (Catholic)have your hands together when standing and kneeling. But when you are sitting they don't need to be folded." And I have done this custom ever since that time and I am now 63 years old. My mother also had a picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus mounted in a small 10" by 7" glass protected frame and she taught me: 'That is God'. I was about 7 years old. When my friend Danny Smith came to sleep over on night I asked him: "Do you want to see God?" He said yes and I took him to the picture in the hallway and said "There He is..that's God." It was an extremely good image, and I found a copy of it about 5 years ago on EBAY for $40.00. So I have in near my computer here, on my wall. When I was 20 years old I wanted to become a Franciscan Brother because I read the entire Omnibus of St. Francis which has all of his authentic stories and writings. But the Franciscans didn't want me. I think I was too idealistic and thought that the modern order was similar to the order that St. Francis started. But it was very different than the stories that I read. I think they would rather have a brother become a football coach at the nearby Catholic High School. :) Anyway, I still attend Mass about 4 days a week, and my wife goes about 7 days a week, and takes Communion (The Eucharist) to give to patients at a large nursing home every week. So, I guess I'm not doing to bad. Keep up the holy content, Sam. You are raw and unique! Sort of like St. Francis was. It's hard to find unvarnished/unglossed Christians in our modern wold. But Jesus and the Saints throughout the ages were like you. Also, Sam, so much grace is giving by receiving the Eucharist frequently...that it can solve many of your tempations. And this is why Jesus established it...and not only left His words. He really want's us to know that He is always here for us. When everyone abandons us....He will never abandon us.He will always be our great friend, and we can be one with Him very intimately when we receive Holy Communion. The minds of men are very active and we can forget Jesus and God the Father easily on a day to day basis. So, Jesus knew that we needed His True presence to give us peace of heart. How can you not get emotional? Every time I try to talk about how Christ saved me , I too break down. It is too real that was 48 years ago. I am an Independent Baptist. It was not a prayer that saved me. It was the person of Jesus Christ. I have NEVER doubted it for 48 years. He made a blood covenant with me. I had nothing to do with it but repent and believe Him, the Truth. He shed His blood so I would not pollute the altar with my own attempts; my filthy rags. We were alone in my room when I got down flat on my face . I could not even lift my head or show my face . He passed through the burning coals ( figuratively) and then he lifted me up and stood me on my feet ( again, figuratively), and gave me the helmet of salvation , a shield of faith, and put a sword in my hand and put the gospel on my feet to leave His footprints wherever I walk. I have also failed many times but He loves me Thank you for sharing your testimony. I am sorry mine was so long but I can go on forever about Him .

I’m so glad to hear your love for the blessed Virgin! I also had a strong experience of the presence of Christ at a very young age, but as I got into my teenage years, I began to absorb Protestant polemics against Catholics, especially, their veneration of the Virgin Mary. I made it my personal mission to spout about how this was idolatry etc. I grew increasingly tormented and depressed - suicidal. Then, at around 16 years of age, I was waking from sleep, when I heard the voice of a man in my ear - so clearly! He said calmly, but so firmly, “Stop your ceaseless enmity!” I had to consult the dictionary, because I didn’t have a clue what “enmity” meant (that’s how I know it wasn’t just in my imagination). When I read the meaning of the word, I understood immediately what this was referring to - my merciless and mindless hatred of Catholics and their devotion to the holy Virgin Mary. At that time, I had a young Catholic friend, who had been so patient. She took me into the Catholic Church, where my heart was opened again. My friend had such humility in faith compared with my pride and hardness - it was to be a lifelong lesson about how to recognise the fruits of Spirit, and how to be truly open to Christ and the depths of His humility. Years later, I am an Orthodox Christian, where we understand that calling the Virgin Mary the “Mother of God,” is an acknowledgment that Christ is truly God - the Word and Son of God - calling Mary the “Theotokos”, literally “bearer of God”, is all about Christ and true witness that He is our God, true son of the Father, and not just a prophet, or strange demi-god. If we love Christ and truly acknowledge that He is God, we recognise that His mother is truly “blessed among women,” and contained the Eternal word of God - “more spacious than the heavens,” in her womb. If He loved and honoured her this much, He sure wants us to love her too - and each of us to love each other. As our Lord said to St John, “Son, behold your mother.” I thank Him that while I was fighting against all His beloved, especially His mother, He did not abandon me. “Hail Mary, full of grace! I was raised as a Baptist and eventually went into a Nondenominational Evangelical Charasmatic church. Majored in Bible and History worked in ministry and evangelical outreach. I fell into indifference but still loved Christ. I lost my daughter at who was 26. In my grief and stuper, I had a female mother presence who came to me in grief. My daughter in law was a lapsed Catholic and asked her family to light a candle and ask Mary to take care of my daughter who passed away at 26. I had never been to the Catholic Church and was never taught about the Blessed Mother. I was perennial sojourner at the time and thought it was one of divine manifestations of the godhead. Fast forward it was the Jesus prayer that took me out of despair and demonic oppression. I have converted to Eastern Orthodox, and I, too came to love the Blessed Mother and all the Saints. She prayed for me came to me when my heart was pierced.
How precious is our Lord and Savior Yeshua ! Since before we were formed in our mother’s womb He knew us ! Praise God for His love, His mercy and especially His Grace !!! I too shed tears when I contribute the abusive relationship with my Savior. Yet He still won’t let me go ! He wakes me up every day. He feeds me. He gives me physical shelter. He renews His mercies every day! And just like scripture says; “We understand that God's Law is spiritual. But I am weak and human. I am like a slave that has sin as my master. I do not understand the things that I do. I do not do the good things that I want to do. Instead, I do the things that I hate to do. But I do not want to do those wrong things. So I am agreeing that God's Law is good. So it is not really I myself who am doing those wrong things. Instead, sin has power in my life. It is sin that causes me to do wrong things. I know that there is nothing good in me. I am weak and human. I want to do what is good. But I am unable to do it. I do not do the good things that I want to do. Instead, I continue to do the bad things that I do not want to do. So, when I do bad things that I do not want to do, it is not really I myself who do them. It is sin that causes me to do wrong things, because it has power in my life. So I understand what is happening in me. Whenever I want to do something good, I can only choose something bad. Deep inside myself, I really love God's laws. So my mind tells me to obey God's laws. But my body wants to make me do something else. Every part of me fights against what my mind tells me to do. Sin has power over my body so that I am like a prisoner. This makes me very sad! My body is leading me to death. I need someone to make me free from the power of sin over my body. I thank God! He has made me free, because of what Jesus Christ has done. So with my mind I want to obey God's laws. I agree. I was raised Catholic and when I was born again in my mid forties Jesus took me out of the Catholic church and put me in a non denominational church. I don't understand how such educated people miss what Jesus said about priests Matthew 23:8 and his own mother and brothers. Matthew 12:46-48 Now, I believe many denominations are stepping stones and there were certain churches addressed in the book of Revelation...but, the Romans did not accept the first Christians(many being Jews) even during Constantine. The Christian's were still being persecuted long after Constantine. The Catholic Church (Catholicism=universal) ruled by Romans wouldn't even allow the Christian Jews to worship in their church because of the Jewish traditions (Jesus was Jewish) It's in history books that cover the Roman rulers and their timelines. All anyone has to do is read the Bible . The Bible is historical. (not the creeds put in by priests after Jesus walked the earth)

So, Mary who had Christ and then other children according to the scriptures and is never taught to be saught for our spiritual interceding on our behalf, nor is anyone else, other than God Alone! Please start making a regular study of the whole bible, so that even the basics of what God has and is teaching us through the historical records of the Old Testimate and the New Testimate will show anyone about what God really teaches us about Prayer to Him Alone and anthing else we may have been taught incorrectly by others and ourselves, who diverge from the scriptures.
My mother told me that I told her that God was in the room when I was 2 years old. I don’t remember that but I did know God loved me from earliest memories. Jesus was my friend and He still is. So faithful.

I think that you are making an idol out of Mary and we are warned not to have any idols no matter who they are or how God used them. Where would you stop since many Biblical characters were blessed and given specific tasks eg. John the Baptist but we don’t give him homage and yet he was beheaded for preparing the way of the Lord and was a blood relative! Worship the Lord your God and Him only!

I live in Belgium and in the country side we have numerous little chapels that are dedicated to the Holy Virgin . In May they are decorated with flowers because this month is Hers . As a child I participated in yearly processions that went from one chapel to the next . Up until the 80's we've been a predominal catholic country with all the rituals that belonged to the Holy days which made us close-knit communities . I remember the priest following the stages of Christ with His cross towards His Crusifixion on Good Friday , the ash cross we received before the 40 day period of fastening and the midnight mass at Christmas . Thanks for your moving testimony, it was very beautiful.

This reminds me of what i had also experienced, one day I prayed to God and I said " I know that the bible says that you Love me Lord, how can i know that for myself" finished my payer and got ready to fetch kids i was transporting to school at that time, got in the car and drove to one of the schools and on my way there i got stopped by a traffic officer who was doing some kind of routine checks on passing vehicle, he stopped me and the first thing he said to me is " Do you know that Jesus Loves you" and i Answered yes and he asked me " How do you mow" and before i could answer his question he answered it and said to me " Because he died for you" gave me a piece of paper with the results of the car inspection and he Left....I was left amazed that not less that 30min ago I prayed about this and I get an answer .... How could this be ......😭. Jesus is Loves me. Thank you Brother Sam for reminding me this through sharing your story. God Bless you.

Mary is not part of the Godhead .....she was a special woman chosen by God for a special mission , but she is no different than any other person chosen by God .....she should not be elevated to a postion that God himself did not give her .

This hurts my heart, because I do believe that Sam is wise concerning the scriptures. Mary should never be addressed in any case. We are to honor her and that's it. The song title is actually "Immaculate Mary" and it was composed by those who believe in the Immaculate Conception. This is a doctrine that says Mary was born sinless. They are thinking Mary had to be sinless in order to be the mother of Jesus. However, Original Sin is passed down through the father's line, not the mother's line.
Since Jesus did not have an earthly father, He did not inherit the sin nature and Mary's spiritual status would not have affected Him. The maternal blood does not mix with the unborn child's blood through the placenta.
When she met Elizabeth, Mary told her that she rejoiced in "God my Savior," [Luke 1:47] meaning that Mary, like everyone else needed a Savior.
As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one. [Romans 3:10-12]
So, was Mary sinless? No. Was she a godly woman? Yes!

I was lying in bed listening to this and my 9 year old granddaughter walked in and I had her listen to you and as I was tearing up she was getting bored and said "can I go go now I am already baptized"..
This generation gets bored within minutes, and they always need an iPad or a device all the time to keep them busy😂. I lay with my granddaughter at night can we listen to Bible stories in a cartoon format and she knows knows about Exodus, Job, Noah, Daniel, Jesus etcc..and all kinds of " stories of the Bible" series.

Great conversion story. When I was about 6 years old my great aunt, who was a devout Catholic, told me something I never forgot. "When in Church (Catholic)have your hands together when standing and kneeling. But when you are sitting they don't need to be folded." And I have done this custom ever since that time and I am now 63 years old. My mother also had a picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus mounted in a small 10" by 7" glass protected frame and she taught me: 'That is God'. I was about 7 years old. When my friend Danny Smith came to sleep over on night I asked him: "Do you want to see God?" He said yes and I took him to the picture in the hallway and said "There He is..that's God." It was an extremely good image, and I found a copy of it about 5 years ago on EBAY for $40.00. So I have in near my computer here, on my wall. When I was 20 years old I wanted to become a Franciscan Brother because I read the entire Omnibus of St. Francis which has all of his authentic stories and writings. But the Franciscans didn't want me. I think I was too idealistic and thought that the modern order was similar to the order that St. Francis started. But it was very different than the stories that I read. I think they would rather have a brother become a football coach at the nearby Catholic High School. :) Anyway, I still attend Mass about 4 days a week, and my wife goes about 7 days a week, and takes Communion (The Eucharist) to give to patients at a large nursing home every week. So, I guess I'm not doing to bad.
Keep up the holy content, Sam. You are raw and unique! Sort of like St. Francis was. It's hard to find unvarnished/unglossed Christians in our modern wold. But Jesus and the Saints throughout the ages were like you.
Also, Sam, so much grace is giving by receiving the Eucharist frequently...that it can solve many of your tempations. And this is why Jesus established it...and not only left His words. He really want's us to know that He is always here for us. When everyone abandons us....He will never abandon us.He will always be our great friend, and we can be one with Him very intimately when we receive Holy Communion. The minds of men are very active and we can forget Jesus and God the Father easily on a day to day basis. So, Jesus knew that we needed His True presence to give us peace of heart.
Keep making these great videos. They are very instructive, and I think help a lot of people.

How can you not get emotional?
Every time I try to talk about how Christ saved me , I too break down. It is too real that was 48 years ago. I am an Independent Baptist. It was not a prayer that saved me. It was the person of Jesus Christ. I have NEVER doubted it for 48 years. He made a blood covenant with me. I had nothing to do with it but repent and believe Him, the Truth. He shed His blood so I would not pollute the altar with my own attempts; my filthy rags.
We were alone in my room when I got down flat on my face . I could not even lift my head or show my face . He passed through the burning coals ( figuratively) and then he lifted me up and stood me on my feet ( again, figuratively), and gave me the helmet of salvation , a shield of faith, and put a sword in my hand and put the gospel on my feet to leave His footprints wherever I walk.
I have also failed many times but He loves me

I’m so glad to hear your love for the blessed Virgin! I also had a strong experience of the presence of Christ at a very young age, but as I got into my teenage years, I began to absorb Protestant polemics against Catholics, especially, their veneration of the Virgin Mary. I made it my personal mission to spout about how this was idolatry etc. I grew increasingly tormented and depressed - suicidal. Then, at around 16 years of age, I was waking from sleep, when I heard the voice of a man in my ear - so clearly! He said calmly, but so firmly, “Stop your ceaseless enmity!” I had to consult the dictionary, because I didn’t have a clue what “enmity” meant (that’s how I know it wasn’t just in my imagination). When I read the meaning of the word, I understood immediately what this was referring to - my merciless and mindless hatred of Catholics and their devotion to the holy Virgin Mary. At that time, I had a young Catholic friend, who had been so patient. She took me into the Catholic Church, where my heart was opened again. My friend had such humility in faith compared with my pride and hardness - it was to be a lifelong lesson about how to recognise the fruits of Spirit, and how to be truly open to Christ and the depths of His humility. Years later, I am an Orthodox Christian, where we understand that calling the Virgin Mary the “Mother of God,” is an acknowledgment that Christ is truly God - the Word and Son of God - calling Mary the “Theotokos”, literally “bearer of God”, is all about Christ and true witness that He is our God, true son of the Father, and not just a prophet, or strange demi-god.
If we love Christ and truly acknowledge that He is God, we recognise that His mother is truly “blessed among women,” and contained the Eternal word of God - “more spacious than the heavens,” in her womb. If He loved and honoured her this much, He sure wants us to love her too - and each of us to love each other. As our Lord said to St John, “Son, behold your mother.” I thank Him that while I was fighting against all His beloved, especially His mother, He did not abandon me. “Hail Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blest is the fruit of Thy womb! Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death!”

I was raised as a Baptist and eventually went into a Nondenominational Evangelical Charasmatic church. Majored in Bible and History worked in ministry and evangelical outreach. I fell into indifference but still loved Christ. I lost my daughter at who was 26. In my grief and stuper, I had a female mother presence who came to me in grief. My daughter in law was a lapsed Catholic and asked her family to light a candle and ask Mary to take care of my daughter who passed away at 26. I had never been to the Catholic Church and was never taught about the Blessed Mother. I was perennial sojourner at the time and thought it was one of divine manifestations of the godhead. Fast forward it was the Jesus prayer that took me out of despair and demonic oppression. I have converted to Eastern Orthodox, and I, too came to love the Blessed Mother and all the Saints. She prayed for me came to me when my heart was pierced.

How precious is our Lord and Savior Yeshua ! Since before we were formed in our mother’s womb He knew us !
Praise God for His love, His mercy and especially His Grace !!! I too shed tears when I contribute the abusive relationship with my Savior. Yet He still won’t let me go !
He wakes me up every day. He feeds me. He gives me physical shelter. He renews His mercies every day!

But my body wants to make me do something else. Every part of me fights against what my mind tells me to do. Sin has power over my body so that I am like a prisoner. This makes me very sad! My body is leading me to death. I need someone to make me free from the power of sin over my body. I thank God! He has made me free, because of what Jesus Christ has done. So with my mind I want to obey God's laws. But, at the same time, I serve sin as my master, because I am weak and human.”

I agree. I was raised Catholic and when I was born again in my mid forties Jesus took me out of the Catholic church and put me in a non denominational church. I don't understand how such educated people miss what Jesus said about priests Matthew 23:8 and his own mother and brothers. Matthew 12:46-48
Now, I believe many denominations are stepping stones and there were certain churches addressed in the book of Revelation...but, the Romans did not accept the first Christians(many being Jews) even during Constantine. The Christian's were still being persecuted long after Constantine. The Catholic Church (Catholicism=universal) ruled by Romans wouldn't even allow the Christian Jews to worship in their church because of the Jewish traditions (Jesus was Jewish) It's in history books that cover the Roman rulers and their timelines. All anyone has to do is read the Bible . The Bible is historical. (not the creeds put in by priests after Jesus walked the earth)
