Goodness gracious hun how do you shoot so steady? My weapons wobble and rise so high. I empty a a whole clip just to hit one and then they are all gone. I'm level 60 and I've placed all of my perks and skills just like yours. You’re such a great example of true marksmanship. I just want to thank you for everything. Your advice from hunting to life.
Thank you so much Judy! If you have the same skills & perks, I'm not sure. I am on mouse and keyboard. If you are on controller, that might be it. It is a lot easier to shoot with M&K. I am going to be doing a new Skills & Perks guide very soon!

This is great, I've started a new game on pc and have been doing a bit of goose hunting for some early cash. Geese are great but they do get a bit stale if that's all youre doing so what I really appreciate here is the wide range of other methods. Now I can mix it up and try some of the other spots, add a bit of variety to the grind! Appreciate the tips!

Ive been making money by hunting feral pigs. The map I hunt them on I got a lot of need zones for feeding with the pigs. I run a circle around a small chunk of the map shooting pigs. Got the zones far enough away where I never ruin them since hunting pressure in one area takes away hunting pressure in another. The pigs don't pay much but they do add up quickly.

Gemsbok are also great money makers especially at the bottom left lake where you get the huge herd. But I dont think anything beats geese when they are fully working

My number one for me is red deer, doing the GO red deer grind has given me a boat load, you get about 1000+ cash for the average stag,and you keep doing it,I'm sure a white tail GO grind will also produce a lot of money
I made a lot from the whitetail grind but even more from red deer!!!

One thing thats nice about the Bison as well, is you can chase them into the woods and most of the time they will get stuck on trees.

Love this video, but you left out the Gemsbok in Vurhinga Savana , I have three really good spots and even if you shoot one or two , by the time you pick them up they are back in the zone and 08:00 to 14:30 is a long time to make a lot of cash on them
There are lots of species you can hunt for cash! I could make a guide on 50 of them but I chose 10 and went with that!
Lady I'm sure you already know about it but there's a perk or skill were you can highlight 3 animals. Thought it might help you out hunting at night but I know you'd have to get rid of something else to do it though. Thought I'd just mention it. Great video
I can't stand that perk. I have used it and once you highlight the 3rd animal, you have to wait until it disappears to highlight the first again. I paid to get rid of it.
Canadian Geese all the way. Easy 50k/h :D no need for them to land. I've shot geese up to 214 meters with the .22 ^^

I like silver peaks still kinda a beginner got my first diamond on silver peaks with a mule deer an then one of the pronghorn an got my first albino roe deer

What i would like to see was a population reset (harsh i know) and see how one goes about building up the size of the trophies and how long it takes to make a reserve go from zero diamond stags (i understand birds and rabbits are more abundant) to half a dozen. I am having some success with that with Red Deer in Cuatro Colinas, as i seem to see more Hard and Very Hard bucks, and the odd Mythical, but little else... Great videos, Lady.
Thanks Luis! Every reset or brand new map comes with 6-8 diamonds on it and some rares. Of course, grinding will cause more to spawn
Tip for hunting wolf's take out a smaller sized one first to make them go aggressive and them take out the biggest one last $$$
What you use to be hidden when hunting for Canadian goose? And also what kind of shotgun is that? Thank you! I get only 560 cash for each.
For bison I prefer 10 gauge slug with beed sight

Another good way is with big horn on ranch o because there so dumb and they really never run away I use the 30-06 for them and it drops them right on the spot

I like finding a zone for wolves, add a tripod and then use the air rifle. They sit and take it most times as long as the wind is good.

Create hunting pressure somewhere else

Layton is a very sparse map. Not many animals around. I don't hunt Layton much. Bores me. Every other map in the game has more animals. I would go to SRP, or Te Awaroa or Revontuli. All awesome maps!
What ammo for the bison? Penetration or expantion

I just shoot moose or jackrabbit because it's a profit ,birtshot 10 shells is 180 and one rabbit gives around 400

For bison, i bring the 300, 470 and the 454 and kill the whole group.

I noticed you have a fair amount of tents on your Maps. I play on a Xbox console and it seems if I leave 3 tents or more when I exit the game a beaver drops a tree on one or I might go back to a map and one will be gone for no rhyme or reason. Have you ever seen that and Is that normal? Sure frustrating
That was a bad bug a couple updates ago but since then, I have not lost a single tent. I have had my treestands knocked down by beavers pretty regularly recently. Very annoying.
@@LadyLegendXO thanks for getting back to me, I appreciate it. Since I did the Mississippi DLC, I see it did take care of a lot of bugs that I was having especially on SRP. But I had not tried dropping more tents cuz I didn't want to lose them again. I'll give it a try and see what happens. One other quick thing, are you able to purchase unlimited amounts of tents as you advance through the game? I'm fairly far into the game and I don't see certain things showing back up in the store. In particular tents and portable stands

I keep seeing geese in the sky on the part of the map you suggested, but for some reason, I cant spot them or shoot them.
they form a type of triagle
They have to be connected to either a caller or decoys for you to be able to spot or shoot them. They are not landing right now but you can shoot them with the 22LR and still make money. they'll be fixed in February with the next update

OMG. First day doing geese hunt in my COTW career, and i got diamond. It was a male lvl 4 max weight i suppose, it wasnt lvl 5. Its was also uncommon fur, brown
I see that you're killing loads of animals at every lake. But doesn't Killing more than 4 animals at one spot delete the need zones? How do you overcome that ?
You can kill 15 when you are in a tripod or any hunting structure and the 16th kills deletes the zone. I'm in a tripod
I play on console and i don't see the zones or the amount of animals like you do.
I played on xbox for 4 years. Platforms are the same. The more zones you discover, the more will spawn. You have to make your map healthy!
How do i make a healthy map? I generally will shoot 1 animal and move on to another area. I very seldom kill a zone.
So why can't ew seem to release anything without bugging geese? Like it seems like the last 3 releases have all borked geese, then the fix them, then immediately break them again. Like this is approaching meme status. "EW released something new!" "So geese and tents are borked?" "Yup"
EW can’t control what gets bugged all the time because thousands of people play this game and only a couple people in house test it so they don’t see it till after the fact. When you add new content to a game it can affect other things in game. I’ve seen this commonly in other games I’ve played too. All waterfowl including geese are getting reworked anyway so I’m not surprised that they broke. It stinks but there are other fast ways to get cash which is good:)
