County jail time is a cakewalk compared to prison and it's going towards whatever sentence he gets so hopefully he can make his county time stretch out 6 months until sentencing and then he gets the min sentence so his time will already be served.
It's amazing how this country uses the law to protect criminals and prosecute law abiding citizens, and how a large portion of our population are either blind to this or fully on board.
So, the jury found that he had reasons to believe that his life was in danger or that he could have sustained grave bodily harm and thus that he had reasons to use a fire arm, but found him guilty of discharging that arm. US laws 🙄
