The white looks so pure, that seems to be tje trend now , most videos I see of indoor decor everything is in white or natural colors ... I'm a plant person so I decorate with lots of plant's.
I love the look of white couches but they aren’t practical for us as we have a brown dog 😅 and I have a hard enough time cleaning the brown fur off our gray couch as it is. Even if we didn’t have a dog my husband and I are clumsy and would end up accidentally staining the white couch. I freak out enough as it trying not to spill anything on our couch 😂😂 ...I don’t know how you keep yours so clean! I would be too scared to even sit on it 🙈 xx
Little RhiRhi. I agree with you about white couches, They scare me. I live alone and no animals either. I feel like they are just waiting for a spill to happen on them. I’ve seen some IKEA couches where you can take the covers off and wash them. I don’t like the wrinkles in them either. That would drive me nuts. I have 2 small tub chairs in light grey that worry me about spills. And a darker grey 2 seater. I keep the light grey ones covered as my older furniture was a dark brown. Hard to get confident with such a change to lighter furniture. But I have to now. I’ve bought them. I’ve also for the first time in my life bought some white faux fur soft cushions to brighten up the lounge room. I always had dark cushions too. So it’s a matter of getting used to change which I’m not comfortable with 😩.
Katia, did you get rid of the original pillow backings for your couch and replace it with your own custom decor pillows or did you include the original pillows that came with it for the back part of the couch? It’s a little hard to tell.
