    Excellent explanation and focused on athlete's biomechanic which is critical to understand for good performance. Dr.'s accent is not relevant because I understood perfectly well his comments.

    the video is very interesting , especially when you speake about the energy that is released from the athletes to the track and from the track to the athletes, you must make other video about this topic because I Think is fascinating!!

    Excellent explanation of foot force. But what exactly can a sprinter do to maximize this force to run faster? Technique? Drills? And by the way, I wish I could speak Italian as well as you speak English!

      You need to create explosive feeling, try to practice Olympic cleaning weights

    I stop school when IN Norway when i was like 11 i think. And i dont think you need anyschool at all to now how to win it. School just bad for sports. It's better to run.
