Sometimes I can not relate to people younger than me, but I also can have coming and going problems of relating to the world as opposed to what it used to be. Do you have that feeling as well? Alucard and D are such gorgeous eye candy - look out for Hellsing Ultimate too people (it's truer to the original GN's)
the original movie from the 80's was just called Vampire Hunter D. However there is a book series out that the both movies were based on. I recommend to see the original movie and get the books, they are amazing.

She is from Blood+ however, the clips in this video are from Blood: The Last Vampire, which is justly cited. Blood+ is an alternate universe twist on Blood: The Last vampire.
Actually, in Hellsing they make reference to Alucard being the strongest vampire. The strongest vampire in mythology is Dracula. They also refer to Alucard as a count/king vampire. In the last episode of Hellsing... not the OVA but the actual episode he unlocks his level 1 power, when the lightning strikes and the shadows cast across his face he takes on the look of Vlad the Impaler who was the original Dracula.
Well considering its extremely well hinted that D is the son of Dracula (not a spoiler to ANYONE that's seen either movie, or read even one of the novels), then you could honestly say Alucard is D's father. So while dad is the uber-badass, 'junior' is still young enough to look like a sex-god.
Bloodlust is the second movie. The first is just called Vampire Hunter D and is also very good, just done with older style animation since it's from the 1980s.
