  • It's been BLAZING hot here and with everything happening on the homestead, there's no time to lounge around by the A/C! Here are three of my favorite old-fashioned drink recipes to help you stay hydrated WITHOUT all the sugar and artificial dyes! CLICK SHOW MORE TO SEE THE TEAS I USE
The teas and stevia I used in these recipes:
    Coco Berry Mango tea: lddy.no/10bn4
    Stevia leaves: lddy.no/yb6p
Assam (I just referred to it as "black." I use this for my Strawberry Rhubarb Tea: lddy.no/10bn7
If you're in the mood for a good-ole traditional sweet tea, I highly recommend these two teas together (3 parts Assam with 1 part Nilgiri):
    Nilgiri: lddy.no/z362
    Assam: lddy.no/10bn7
Bonus: choose bulk sizes and get 4x the tea for only 2x the price. And there's FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35.

I've been drinking Switchel (haymaker's punch) for about 2 months now, and it's been a game changer. Healthwise, I can't imagine going back to tea and juices like I used to drink regularly! I would also recommend you look into Yaupon tea. Here in the south, we have the Yaupon holly, America's only native caffeine producing plant, and it makes the most delicious tea. Best of all, you can get the plants for your yard at most any garden center and then you'll have a lifetime supply of tea leaves! It actually tastes better than the iced tea we grew up with, and I bet it'd help with your health issues.

I've tried Gatorade before. I'm not a fan of it. It's also been very hot in Alberta, Canada, for much of the summer. Keeping hydrated is important. I'm a fan of natural sugars, like maple syrup. On my dad's farm, we had well water. That was very good tasting water, and it had beneficial minerals, like calcium, in it. Those drinks look great. Cheers!

That first one is essentially the perfect drink for those who want a good "gut biome" and is a perfect drink for morning in relation to Intermittent fasting, and it curbs your "appetite" as well so you eat less the other meals. Though, it's actually "one cup" thus far more "concentrated" than your drink. But, it will still be good, having some similar effects. So, that's the PERFECT drink you could be having, and it's FAR easier to make than the others. You can also add "unsweetened Cranberry Juice" to it to make it even better.

Stevia is a natural herb that has been used to sweeten things for thousands of years. It helps prevent dental decay and lowers blood sugar. If you want to use it in it's purest form grow a little bush and put the leaves directly in your tea or coffee; dried or fresh. You can also get it as a ground up green powder or white. Additives are a modern thing. It's natural and has never hurt anyone.

Sorry @Jill Winger. I didnt get to watch the whole video. You meed to mic up yourself or use wooden or plastic utensils because at the volume I could hear you from the distant mic, the constant banging and scraping on glass with metals was hurtful to the ears. 🙏🇺🇸

There's still sugar in this; honey. Hopefully you're brushing your teeth throughout the day drinking all the vinegar.
Water and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Fast and simple! 👍
