I just recently lost my parrot my best friend but this song is like she wanted to tell me she will always be there no matter what she’s always been by my side and I was always there for her too and this song is her way to cheer me up through the hardest point in my life which was losing her

i remember watching one piece and naruto the day their first episodes aired i stuck with naruto but fell off with one piece but now i think i might pick it up again and this cover definitely influenced that. (and yes im aware the grind for one piece is brutal but ill manage somehow XD)
