Biggest issue is time-zones...a lot of the Albuterol haven't been awake during NA. Marty is also inconsistent as a captain so if they call him to try and buy people in, he won't be there to direct anyone. Junior's been around a long time but he's never up when the Dons are. Even people like Paddy's day-1 with Teddy in the weed growing haven't been awake in NA and weren't bought in...but I think he's out of the crew now anyway. Also, they just gotta mix in with Cypress more instead of being in their bubble if they want to make a good impression to be bought in. Obviously Luciano isn't going to know David when the dude is mainly pushing weed on the block and only around AU. The numbers are great, but if you want to actually be Cypress, then hang with everyone. Also, Marty's crew is still the largest in Cypress...they are more likely to buy-in people related to Clark/Vito/Sakura's crew, and potentially Teddy's now that his is cooked.
fax. if you compare 404 and most others to someone like Clark, it's night and day. dude hangs out with any and everyone and never really isolates himself, while at the same time constantly being bitched at by Lang. they need that kind of mentality...otherwise it's just another crew doing their own thing attached to Cypress at this point.
To be fair, I feel like the 404 crew's been meshing with the rest of Cypress really well, especially as of late. Money runs with Clark, that Dress to Impress event Marty and them put on, the Fent jobs, all that. It's definitely gotten better. I'm outta the loop on what happened with Teddy's crew tho.

I remember the Dons tried to get a hold of the captains to ask them about buy-ins. I believe Marty wasn't around. It doesn't help that, of course, when there are a lot of things to do and think about, the Dons get sidetracked or forget about buy-ins. It will help if the Captains themselves remind the Dons about things.
