I think Gigi misses "touching grass". Remember, she was one of the original heist crew members, when to unlock heists, you had to go on a treasure hunt around the city. Unpopular opinion: I don't think giving Gigi a new rank will change anything and she'll be even more miserable. Either she will do the same things she already does or get more responsibility to solve problems and logistics. But from what I understand, what she doesn't really lack is responsibility, but she miss hanging out and doing jobs with the boys. Miss doing fun things and hanging out as a group. Her getting a title won't fix anything, the hierarchy doesn't change and she's already reached the top.

There definitely two sides to this: For Andi she is completely right. It actually been really fun to watch andi talk to all the crew members. And almost all those conversations has been "How can we (andi) make the crew better". But while I think Andi conversation with Gigi was very good, the message instead was "How can andi help gigi get the things she wants done (which will help the crew)". However I think Gigi perspective is just as valid. She use to be many things. A substitute don who was in every meeting, creator of ops, counselor, advisor, HR, and of course treasurer. Clark has already been put in the position Gigi always wanted to be. Someone who is in most Don meeting, being informed about everything, and having his word help shape decisions of the crew. And now Andi position to take the other halve of what Gigi wants to be in the crew which is someone handling interpersonal dynamic of the crew. So If Clark and Andi do fully take on their role Gigi would literally only ever be the treasurer.

i understand gege but i also understand Lang, "gege is like include me more" the dons say ok no problem but gege always respond with "im going to sleep in 1h to 2h", so Lang just assume that she super busy if she only stay in the city for a couples of hours, and Lang is not a fan of peoples that just wake up to do something and go back to sleep. (in conclusion) if she want to be more included she need to stop going to sleep "1h" after storm. I get it she a variety streamer first but she cant ask to be more included when she barely around in the dons timezone

its funny that they think shes sooo busy when really shes often waiting around to hear back from the dons or waiting for everyone in the crew to turn their numbers in. im happy that andi has joined and i hope that gigi realizes that andi is not a "replacement" but a much needed allies beacuse at the end of the day its her against the 4 dons. they themselves can't even agree with each other most of the time so she stood very little chance by herself.

Gigi has been bringing up things to the Dons like 3 weeks before the Dons decide to implement them when they think it's their own idea. Plus, Gigi has told them a bunch that the numbers don't keep her that busy, since it's all automated. It's pretty funny that they just keep missing that.

I love Gigi, but she'll be waayyy to bias. Like imagine if tony does some crazy shit she'll defend his ass to the moon. But i think gigi just wants to do more which is a good thing.
