Yeah! I have been hearing empty talk from African leaders for more than 40 years. All that I see is leaders whose highest ambition is to cling to power till death.
It's not the history of colonialism, this is just greedy African leaders stepping on their own people for their own benefit. Most of the technologies that make the lives of people easier comes from the lack of resources and constant wars that happened in Europe. Why do you think China is currently so intrested in African mines and building infrastructure in Africa? So they can mine the raw materials and ship it faster to China. Problem is China produces so much waste, it's disgusting. Not sure if you saw the bicycle and car farms. In the end it should be all about managing resources, developing knowledge, understanding and making the lives of the people better in your own country.
