agree temprature kam hone pe jam jana chahiye and jayda hone pe liquid hona chahiye. ager ghee 18°C at night and 25 °C max day mai nahi jamta to wo kaisa hai. Ham bhi gher pe ghee bnate hai wo wala ghee is tamprature pe jam jata hai.

It's obvious that you don't know anything about ghee. The one that is more fluid is always better

Thank you for watching the video and taking the time to comment. I am not an expert on ghee but I know a few things by using it for years. more fluid is good but at what temperature? I don't think it's good if it's fluid at 18 °C at night and a max of 25 °C during the daytime. Like I compare it with another brand that is not liquid at that temperature. We make ghee at our home which was also not fluid at that temperature. Ghee starts becoming fluid at approx 30°C.
