I don’t know what kind of regular sex you people are having but three minutes?!! I have never had three minute sex in my life!! I don’t think so. 😂 I have taught a few men that I’ve been with over my life time.. basically to have this type of sex that you’re talking about. I always felt the energy in my body. I've had body image issues my entire life. It has only been in the last 2 years that I've really felt love for myself and a deep spiritual sexual and emotional love with my partner. I have not felt with anyone the way I feel with him. We have experienced deep spiritual moments and were in such awe. We are currently on a break in order to heal issues and trauma from other relationships. We set a date to reunite, but I'm currently feeling a deep sense of loss and grief. Yes I have practiced it but it is very hard to find partners who are on the same level. It would be great if you could lead some workshops where we could meet others like ourselves. Or if you know of them please let us know where and when they are taking place. Just finding people who treat their body with respect and eat healthy food and exercise don't drink and don't smoke is extremely difficult.

I've been experiencing this for 4-5 years, started while focusing on my energy when i went to sleep for dream and astral purposes. Sometimes last all night in and out of sleep, I'd wake up and would still be there. Had no idea what that energy was but is great.
A shame that sex has been so cheapened in the last few decades. I've had body image issues my entire life. It has only been in the last 2 years that I've really felt love for myself and a deep spiritual sexual and emotional love with my partner. I have not felt with anyone the way I feel with him. We have experienced deep spiritual moments and were in such awe. We are currently on a break in order to heal issues and trauma from other relationships. We set a date to reunite, but I'm currently feeling a deep sense of loss and grief. Or if you know of them please let us know where and when they are taking place. I've only ever experienced this with one person who turned out to be my twin flame. I went through a spontaneous traumatic kundalini awakening and I wish nobody to go through that. A shame that sex has been so cheapened in the last few decades.
