I have a doubt!! Suppose if we have 3 clusters- X,Y,Z In one cluster X, we take a point from 0-N such as for example 6. Hence we calculate a(6). What happens in b(6) ? Is b(6) calculated by taking the avg distance from point 6 to all other points in just the nearest neighboring cluster(Y) or both the other clusters Y,Z?
