I particularly enjoyed that, at 14:38, the sprite changes when the character gets in the frog suit thing but the lazy hackers clearly didn't bother changing out Little Nemo in that one so Sandshrew/Rhydon randomly turns into a little boy in a frog costume.

I was like 16 or 17 when the pokémon cartoon premiered. I was never super into it, but now my 6 year old is a pokémon fanatic so I play Pokémon Go with him. It's good for bonding and it never hurts to get a little exercise.

Little Nemo could have actually been a great Pokemon hack: just replace nemo with a pokemon trainer, change the candy to pokeballs, and redraw the animal helpers into appropriate pokemon.

You gotta love how they're not even committed to changing the entire IP to be Pokemon themed. They didn't bother changing any of the Wacky Races guys to Pokemon, and I'd bet changing the characters in Tiny Toons would just give you the same Furball, Plucky, and Dizzy choices. Eevee's clearly going to be fighting Tom. It's lazy. Even a standard fan based rom hack would change the other characters. I know this is all just a scam, but COMMIT! You gotta give them a little grace as a lot of them are probably created by enthusiastic amateurs. It's young people trying to learn to make their own stuff. The real lazy bastards are the ones who probably stole the ROM hacks online and then packaged and sold them. It's like quadruple piracy or something.
I remember as a kid there was a toys r us near me, but there was a little shop next to it called hello kitty, and they would sell pokemon cards. But one day, Yu-Gi-Oh came out. I remember going to the shop that day to buy pokemon cards, then I see a bunch of kids with Yu-Gi-Oh cards, specifically Yugi's starter deck. They would sell packs too. But I was like what's going on, I wanted Yu-Gi-Oh cards instead, but my dad said I came for pokemon cards so I ended getting pokemon packs haha
