This is the kind of people who should not be allowed to be chiefs... If you don't care about your environment. The whole area is a flood plain.. Some parts would be dry at certain times of the year so you will think its not water way.. During the rainy season the water expands to the dry areas as a buffer.. Some seasons there's more rain and some less so it doesn't mean that if two seasons there's no rain and the place is dry it is safe for use...these chiefs are a problem for our environmental and wildlife issues...
