Regluing a tabletop that is round can be tricky ! In this how to tutorial, I take you through a process that anyone with a few basic woodworking tools and wood clamps can do. Rod is owner of The Restoration Studio LLC, a furniture restoration company in business since 1990.

Thanks. Good to see you back. Hope you are all well.
All is great, thanks!! The shop has slowed since COVID, but luckily I have a 4 month back log to pull from. Hope all is well with you in Georgia !
This is genius. Thank you!
You do beautiful work ...I wish you could repair my round coffee table...I don't even know how to find someone who does this type of work.
Thank you for the tutorial. I just took on the exact project. Now I know what to do.
Super helpful ❤️ thank you
If a old walnut end table has a small slit should it take the boards completely apart then fix it?
This was absolutely outstanding. I have the identical project and split seam. This walked me thru it. I did not even think about the issue of the table top bowing once it was clamped. I have no concerns about taking this project on now, at all.
I am curious though, why is you leave the frame of the table attached? Would you recommend this approach, or fully disassembling and just working with the flat table top itself?
I am just a dyi guy, not a pro. Your series is great. I subscribed just to watch you do more. Thanks.
You are assuming that your work surface (saw horses) are at the same height.
I don't assume, I put a level on them before hand but good point for our viewers and something I should have mentioned. One should always be working on a level surface.
@@FurnitureRefinishingStudio Not intending to be critical. Good job. Thanks for the prompt reply.
