Greetins from Istanbul/Turkey Veronica :) And thank you. You rock!
Thanks for all your useful advice❤
Thanks for your video. I watched this video at the right time. I have tried to learn new vocabulary in different ways, and it doesn't work with some methods like memorizing words.
There are great tips for learning vocabulary the right way.
I beg to differ here with you. In my case, I've been making a list of vocabulary (verbs, phrasal verbs, adjectives phrases, specific vocabulary about money, health, clothes, the weather, so forth) over the years along with its collocations to master my English as much as possible and a couple of examples made by myself and I must say it pretty works. It all boils down to the effort oneself makes to improve our language skills. It also comes in handy when you want to apply the usage of synonyms allowing us to expand our vocabulary span
Love your videos Veronika, keep rocking it ❤
I think it's important to remember that language learning is a VERY personal journey and we all might have different experiences. Thank you so much for sharing with us what worked for you! I'm sure many people will find it super helpful too :)

It can be my favorite way to expand my passive words
Thank you so much!
This video is so important!
amazing .thank you for this incredible content.
Very nice video. Good job. My way to learn new words is to simply watch videos about topics I'm interested in. I really love cinema, for example, so I always watch videos about it. With enough time, I will have listened to the words commonly used in this universe so much that I won't need to translate in my head anymore.
Wow awesome it's very helpful! Keep it up✨btw, if possible make video content like, How to learn fast english speaking fluently for beginners. Nw, eagerly waiting for your next video..👍

Amazing 🤩
Thank you so much ❤😊
Thank you so much!
I think an effective learning any language comes from writing and journaling by the language you want to learn it also when you think by English you will improve your English very well
My dream 😢 was always to be fluent in English but is too late am 23 year old and I do have the same problem when I wan to express myself in English nothing come out I have to think first in my native language and then translate all that which is really depressed but probably is lack of speaking 😢😢 but thank you for your tip we need a profesor like you ❤❤❤
thanks for the video Veronica
Thank you so much!
The way you teach us English I love it very much ❤❤❤❤ 1:37
Thank you so much!
I’m on the spectrum, languages are one of my obsessions. I fail utterly when communicating myself to other humans, but I can help them understand each other, it’s my effort to connect even though I can’t really. I never really realized it, but this is exactly how I learn, like a child, full sentences including context, subtext, and intent. This is why I don’t have to translate things in my head, isn’t it? I am learning Guarani, but via Spanish rather than English because my teacher doesn’t speak English very well at all. However, when speaking Guarani I don’t think in English, then go to Spanish, then Guarani like some rote linguistic acid trip of a very long road to a very simple thought. I can’t explain how this works in my head. It’s almost as if I hold English & Spanish in my head right beside each other, almost as if they are just one big ass language, It’s completely effortless. When someone speaks Spanish to me there is no thought involved at all, I start thinking & responding in Spanish without realizing I make a conscious choice to do so, if I make a conscious choice to do so. It doesn’t feel any different than speaking English in any way apart from the fact that I’m self-conscious that I have a bit of an accent, but there is no conscious effort to speak it. Because English & Spanish exist beside each other, rather than Spanish sitting on top of English, and operating on a constant English substrate or something, there is no need to really consider Spanish, it was just the vehicle by which I obtained Guarani, nothing more, my knowledge of Guarani isn’t built on a Spanish substrate, I can go straight from there to English & vice versa without much thought at all, and without even really considering the Spanish. The only time I ever have to translate anything in my head is during the first few months I start a new language. I’m not learning it as this new foreign thing. I’m actually trying to learn how to communicate again. It’s almost as if my interpersonal failures in communication drive me to approach language learning not as learning a new language, but learning how to communicate like a child who can’t yet.
awesome video 🥰
Thank you so much for video! ❤ Could you please create a video about how you make anki cards?
Thank you so much......

How do you edit tou video? I'm talking about animations and texts. 😊
You amaze me
Walahi I was memorizing some new words when vernika uploaded this video as soon as I seen the notification I put down the book and click this video and I said to my mind what “ don't memorize vocabulary what does she mean 😏 “ haha anyway memorize the vocabulary it is the door you enter the language❤
Love you vernika
Thank you so much! The main goal of the video was to tell people how to learn new words more effectively instead of relying on rote memorization ;)
You're video is great. What's the software you used to edit?
Great video!
Thank you ❤ I have 2 questions i hope you answer me : 1- when I learn a new vocabulary do I need to learn prefixes and suffixes of the words? 2- which channel do you recommend to learn vocabulary?
1) Hmm, it would say it depends on whether YOU think it will help you understand and remember the words faster. I think understanding the structure of the word is important. 2) I think you should learn new vocabulary by watching videos from people on the topics that you enjoy learning more about. For me, it's vlogs, nutrition videos, travel content.

Is Anki going to be useful in my journey to learn English. I have struggles remembering words even though I expose myself to a lot of comprehensible input every day. I understand and translate the unfamiliar words in context but after a couple of days or weeks alll the memories of the words are gone. Do you have any ideas how I can solve my problem?
thanks for these amazing tip it really helped me a lot. keep doing this great work.
