How is it a nerf? Dungeon stat boost + magical power + edrag buff just makes m7 easier to split and skip
@GCulv it's referring to wither skele change, nerfs it for better players.
and the mf x crimson is now i nthe water, i spent 3b on my mf vet crimson just for the magic find to be beaten by a dragon armor set 😭

They kinda explained it’s pretty understandable why they can’t do it yet they still have to make sure literally the entire game works the same on 1.20 as it does on 1.8.9
@@miles9131they literally said early this year after delaying it for 2 years. We are practically in March already. Early 2024 is fading and once again it seems like a false promise.

Only 3 months in, its not easy going from 1.8.9 -> 1.20. And i believe theres a specific team for the foraging update, and then another team for other content updates. Purely speculation but if that were true it explains a lot@@TzrcWolf_

Stranded man is a little disappointed in the lack of stranded content this update. However, the megalodon pet changes are nice, since getting sharks has always been a pain imo.
nobody plays stranded tho so it's fine
It's not surprising the devs prefer focusing on the base game that the majority of the player base plays, rather than adding content for a gamemode that nearly no one plays. Stranded update was just kind of a failed update in general imo

i love the look of this update! now we just need upgrades or *Primal* Versions for the other Dragon armor sets and this would be my favorite update in skyblock since dungeons.
I love that hypixel is doing some balance changes. I would love if they do a balance buff nerf patch every month to keep the game fresh.

Honestly the pet reworks are great! Many more pets will have some actual uses/niches now.
Still kinda sad that they didn't drop final destination armor to a lower slayer level requirement on an end themed update.

After trying it out on alpha, I think they direly need to buff the drop rate of SOMETHING. The chance of getting a primal is pretty low, and getting summoning eyes is going to be a lot more painful with the new demand for summoning eyes. The dragons are VERY expensive, and a lot of the times you’re not going to get your money back as you just spawn in regular dragons. Along with that, the primal dragon is an absolute DAMAGE SPONGE, I’m talking like 500m+ hp. So i think it should drop at least 2 pieces per boss. I hope the egg can can be what ever rarity, i would say 1/5 - 1/7 sounds pretty fair as each drag run takes 64 (your most likely to be placing 4 so 32 ) summoning eyes so the that would put the egg around 180-244m (about 20 mill profit).
It took me over 15 dragoon rushes(4 of which I did 4 eyes I dropped a primal chest) to see 2 total primal dragons.
sold my 17 summoning eyes during the price hike at 3.9 mill each

@@Lepusinaa salvage is different from sacrifice. end armor can be sacrificed for 3 essence but only at the alter, which is indeed one at a time

im mad as hell, ive been holding summoning eyes and stock of stonks for the last few months and just the other day decided to sell all of them, 40 stock of stocks for 22m and over 400 summoning eyes.
They should rework ferocity beflee doing anything else. Why does the Valkyrie the Berserk Wither blade give 60 Ferocity if Ferocity doesnt even work as a Bers? kinda useless ngl

Theres no reason you should buy any melee weapon unless AOTD, giants, dark claymore (I guess felthorn now to, but has dungeons as focus) (Daed axe to but you use for mf not anything else)

@@SomeCowguy livid dagger is worse than aotd as it deals like basically the same damage and shadow fury is a weapon thats only good if you have -1mp which makes the sword slightly better than gs but if you have high mp gs is a lot better
@@SomeCowguy but even dark claymore is undercreeped by hype, an m7 weapon. All in all bers has been always week, and deserve some attention, even archer is god tier now days with term, terror and good enchants...
Theres no reason you should use anything other than hype for almost all of skyblock content, thats simply sad, an weapon with no skill requirement and honestly not such creativity on making

if you upgrade a tier boosted edrag it will just become legendary and i dont think you can use tier boost to upgrade to mythic

probably up initially, down long-term.
Out of spite I have asked a few friends of mine to challenge ourselves to create skyblock in Unity during our next vacation, we will meet up around the next GameJam session of our group and push into the project for 1 week... I wonder how hard it really is to realise this as a project so actively to fix skyblock overall by just booting it to a better platform...
P.S. we estimate to get at least the Hub Island done and most of the key features for private islands... So... If we don't succeed and some maniac out there would be up to the task we will be booting all assets to stack overflow and github
I really like the general update and all but if they stopped making QoL updates would it increase the efficiency of the foraging update’s development by having more devs work on it? I wish they were more transparent about stuff like that
I think not as some have prob. More experience in coding 1.8-1.21 and another reason could be- as its so much work- the devs just get kinda bored and come up with ideas like this and have more fun coding this and let others still work on foranging... Also i dont really see 20 - 35 devs working on 1 Update would be efficient in any way

Hey i’m not here to hate or anything, I know that update videos are best if you publish them as fast as you can but please at least watch the video at least once before uploading.
The music ends at the near end, there’s a corrupted sound in the left ear at 9:30 and for a second you went back to OBS to check if you were still recording, id cut that out, but i dont think you rewached the video but instantly assembled and exported.

The music always ends near the near end, that's not unusual. The OBS stuff happens occasionally but isn't a super huge deal imo. Corrupted sound is important though, i'll see if I can edit that out through youtube editor
@@Derailious idk if you can hear that, but i was using airpods pro and when i heard that in the left ear i had to recheck and yeah its from the video.
For youtube editor you can even cut the segment where you switch to obs if you wish but that’s only what I’d do but its not my channel ofc!
