More pigment, and wonderful quality, then definitively neva palette. If you’re a beginner experimenting and want something cute but also fine quality then Himi. :)

I don't use guache but watercolors and Thoovi has a really bad reputation among watercolor users. On other hand Neva palettes which also makes white night watercolors (which I own) has a dedicated fanbase among broke artists. Considering it's two months past since you posted this, how is your experience with himi so far?

Winsor and Newton’a artists gouache is really good. For an affordable option, Nevapalette artists gouache is good!
