We really need this kind of discussion, because the Israeli lobby is trying really hard to silence the pro Palestinians speech/protests, they fear when Muslims, Christians and Jews come together and want peace, instead of division.

Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005, and had left them in peace. They even allowed people from Gaza to work in Israel. But Hamas demonstrated a refusal to live in peace with Israel.

Israel is attacking Gaza because Hamas attacked them, killing over 1200 Israels, and has taken hostages who it is refusing to release, even as the terms for a cease-fire. Israel has no program to kill all the Palestinians, or even to drive them out of the land.

You cannot truly respect someone if you secretly believe you know better, they are misguided, haven't found the right path or will come onto your path one day. Let go of ths control, let go of your need for everyone else to 'eventually' join your group, have your belief. Unity in diverity IS possible when you can look into yourself and feel secure enough to let go of the need for approval or reinforcement of your own views.

I enjoyed the conversation. You accepted that there are many people who do not follow any religion but you said that the individual religious laws should be followed. We need to have laws for all of our citizens if we are to live together as one. It does not stop individual families following their own beliefs at home as long as their families have the same freedoms of the wider community so I agree with the young woman it is better to have a secular society all around the world. I agree with you that the Zionists should be banned from Palestine there can be no peace with them around. It was the Christian Zionists who supported the 25 years of violence in Northern Ireland. It is also the Zionist lobbyists in the American government who are creating violence around the world. My own choice would be to ban all religions because they have become weaponized throughout the ages.
