Located in downtown Los Angeles, Homeboy Industries provides hope and job training for formerly gang involved and previously incarcerated men and women so they can redirect their lives and become contributing members of society. By utilizing a combination of donations and social enterprises, Homeboy Industries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose innovative model of therapeutic wraparound services has helped the organization become one of the most successful reentry programs in the United States.

Bravo, David! I hope you realize everybody has butterflies though not everybody overcomes them to speak as you did. Having been a theater kid, I love to remind people that one of the greatest stage actors in the world - Sir Laurence Olivier - always had a barf bucket backstage before his grand entrance.
