Hey, everyone! 🌟 I know that feeling of 'nothing is fun anymore' can be really heavy, and I want you to know that you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and I understand how scary it can be to feel disconnected from what once brought you joy. But do you know what helped me? Expanding my consciousness, embracing this moment as an invitation to look inward and reconnect with who I truly am.
Carl Jung taught me that the emptiness isn’t a punishment but an opportunity for transformation, and I’m learning that more and more every day. So, if you’re feeling something similar, take it as a sign that something inside you is asking to grow. Take a deep breath, move forward one step at a time, and remember: there’s a purpose even in the hardest moments. 💛 I’m here for you all!
Share your stories in the comments, and please help me spread this message to more people by liking and following the channel. My purpose is to expand consciousness, serve, and help as many people as possible. Gratitude to all of you 💛

Please don't give up. You've made a huge step in seeing how people's world is deceptive. You've a great opportunity to go beyond. I'm not trying to convert. Believe in a god or don't. I'm just going to tell how I'm trying to find peace and joy beyond people's world. Because believe that's why we're here. Kind of always had an understanding of peace and what it meant for my life. But could not get joy. Didn't understand how one could be joyful all the time. Then finally realized that it's occasional bursts of true joy that may count the most. Thanks to the Three Stooges and a squirrel. Always loved the Stooges. Watching one time, couldn't help but laugh at one of the gimmicks. The pie fight. Realized that then. For as short as it was, it was so joyful. Also found that a squirrel that eats my bird seed learned to expect that I might toss a peanut once in awhile. Seeing it run toward me, cautiously expecting, then scampering away accomplished with its prize makes me so happy. Peace and joy is out there. Seek it and be open to any hint and might likely find it. Also found that being grateful to god for my existence and the table that's been set helps. Hoping you find your true peace and joy in your own best way.

Its exhausting and so disheartening.

People can only be true to themselves when they realize they are agnostic. Not religious. Not atheist. Only agnostic. Religion is a ridiculous attempt to explain the nature of reality. They are all rooted in ancient ignorances from times when people had no idea how stars work, or even that we orbit an avg one, and it’s one of trillions upon trillions.
Listen to me carefully…from the Higgs field to the observable universe, and all of the biology, chemistry, and physics in between, our reality is unbelievably complex and magnificent beyond words…but we have to be capable of seeing it. Religion is a hindrance to that. It always blows me away at the foolishness of people to think that THEY, out of all the trillions of people and life forms on this planet that have ever existed, THEY just so surely know what all of this is, just because they were born into a certain place and time and were “taught” by parents, teachers, or clergy.
Ffs, the gall is astounding. Just realize you don’t know anything. Neither do I, and neither does anyone else. Life can be an amazing, fulfilling, beautiful experience. It sure is for me, and one big reason is because I realized I don’t know anything about what life is and why we’re all flying through space on a little pebble at 67,000 mph. But while I’m here, I’m going to enjoy it like it’s the greatest video game ever created. You should too. I wish everyone did.

I've had the same issues, spiritual crisis the works. I feel better in comparison to how I felt before and its because I'm slowly learning to let go of these burdens I've had. Stop analysing everything around me and in me and think the world is my responsibility and I'm the centre of it all. My mind wants to work everything out but the end of the day it's in Gods hands no one else's. Learn to believe in that even if it doesn't make sense to you. We put our trust in things or people to serve us even when we don't understand it all so do the same with God, love people and don't be afraid.

    • @Rooln1
      @Rooln1 27 วันที่ผ่านมา

@@thelostcosmonaut5555 no man. Don’t listen to that dude. Learn how the universe works. From quantum mechanics to cosmology, biology, chemistry, physics, etc because then you can begin to marvel at such magnificent beauty all around you.
Realize that all religions are ignorant attempts to explain the nature of reality, where ALL of them were written by men who wanted power and control, who thought the sun revolved around the earth, and during a time when fanciful, fictional storytelling was the main form, pretty much the only form of entertainment.
Focus on truth. What’s the truth you ask? I have no idea. I’m just some random life form, one of trillions upon trillions, on a pebble flying through space at 67,000 miles an hour, same as you. Realize that every person who’s ever lived is actually agnostic. Not religious. Not atheist. Only agnostic bc when it comes down to it, no one knows what our lives mean or what this amazing place even is. Heck, humanity probably couldn’t comprehend the actual truths of the universe. Personally, once I learned so much about how it all works, I knew even more strongly how clueless we all truly are.
I just pretend we’re aliens playing the most amazing video game ever and that lets me love and enjoy every second of it.
According to a growing number of scientists, the mathematics seem to show that our conscious experiences may all be rendered for each of us, in real time, just like a video game. But I have no idea. My brain has no connection to a “god”, unless god is the universe itself…which, if that’s true, means I have a very strong connection with “god”. In any event, just knowing you’re clueless to all of it makes you not take things so seriously and releases so many burdens from your mind. Life can then be so much more glorious and meaningful.

Spiritual pain as a result of a bad religious experience can be overwhelming. What helped to heal my heart: Starting my day off in a quiet place, talking to Jesus and simply reading the Bible. He will restore your soul. You’ll get through this, although it may not seem like it in the moment. Out of the wounding, I found that three wonderful things had happened to me. God’s love became very real to me. Second, the toxicity of religion lost the power to wound me again, and third the things of this world seemed less important. God has you in His hands, turn to Him everyday. He promises He will lead you into green pastures. Peace-

I believe that this feeling is part of becoming a life's observant. When we grow older and we have retired we stop being a participant and life is seeing through a panoramic lens!
We not longer crave companionship. Time alone with ourselves is priceless! Our thoughts become more important than our emotions and our time too precious to share! The most important is our inner energy with a sense of peace, and the realization that finally we know who we really are and don't need approval or appreciation because we have learned to love ourselves unconditionally!
Tomorrow a new book with 365 blank pages will appear in front of you! Write a good one! That's all it matters!

I only have some friends from work, friends that I really don't speak to , and my husband and daughter that live with me .
She has her life to live and he is a man, and has ni real interest in my interests.
    ( been married 26 yrs , and he's 9 yrs younger )
My life now revolves around my brother and his care.
I've always enjoyed caring for people, and I guess this is kinda strange . I was in the hospital for three weeks before the anuerisym and stroke happened to my brother. My brother offered me his kidney , I had renal thrombosis, and the Dr's were talking about dialisys and kidney transplants.. 2 weeks after I came out, my brother went in.
I have one close friend, but he lives out of state.

I can tell you from first hand experience, a lot of this is due to something nobody even suspects. But I've been through it and the results are indisputable and astonishing. It's your diet. Sugar, processed food, fast food, junk food, high carb foods, artificial ingredients are what's causing it. I'm 60, And felt all the things discussed here, brain fog, lethargic, run down, loss of joy. Once I quit all sugar, oils, grains, carbs and went on carnivore diet everything turned 180 degrees. Within a couple months I felt 20 years younger, brain fog and fatigue completely gone, anxiety gone, full of energy, I now mountain bike 60 miles a week, play in a rock band, everything I lost interest in, now came back with a fury. I'm as happy and healthy as my 20s, sugar, grains carbs and oils are killing you. Once your body goes ketosis and stops burning glucose you'll heal every health problem you have guaranteed. The medical world is lying to you to keep you sick and the money flowing in. Grains and oxalate ridden vegetables are the enemy, beef and eggs are in reality the most healthy food you can eat. Give it a try it changed my life forever, and I shudder in horror thinking I would have lived the rest of my life in that rundown condition thinking that was just normal and aging. Horrifying.

I have felt unable to truly enjoy much of anything anymore. I am 62 years old. I am in late middle age. I am married, but I feel as if I am in some kind of dark night of the soul. I do not enjoy groups or crowds. Perhaps I never did. But even being alone, the things I used to enjoy do not give me much pleasure any longer. I am approaching retirement now. I can't wait for it. No more monotonous and hateful days of doing the same thing over and over again. I work two jobs and sometimes three in order to make ends meet. It feels like a treadmill I can't leave till I retire. I know I will not be able to enjoy what I sued to enjoy due to age, injury, aching and failing joints, etc. I have to discover something else to fill in that hole in my like.

When things which always brought pleasure no longer do, it could be a burnout of the great happiness chase. When that chase is mostly about diversion and escape from self, it is like a bandaid over a festering wound, like a whitewashing of the soul. Stillness, rather than the great happiness chase, addresses this condition, and in a topsy turvy way can lead to authentic joy in being, joy in being yourself. The lull in coming out of all the diversionary highs is something that has to be tolerated toward this end. A good path, but not sugar coated.

Hello I would like to share SOME of my story here, in hopes that maybe it will resonate with someone and help them. I'm a very deep thinker since as far back as I can remember, I'm an empath by nature and both these traits can be good and bad. I have suffered tremendously at the hands of others, and I'm still here only by divine guidance and intervention. I often wonder just WHAT my purpose is here? I'm 55 years old now and my life has not gotten much better. I had a meltdown this morning when everything that was taken from me just to serve a vindictive & jealous person's ego and reputation. I broke into tears which I rarely do. I have come to realize that there is no " real or lasting justice in this world " and only after I leave this place will I reap my reward for going the distance. A deep and profound knowing this as truth helps me get through every day, also that nothing is permanent here not even the pain I feel quite often. I push on every day, every hour even, trying to absorb all that is around me, good & bad always knowing that one day all my pains, loneliness, sadness, isolation will all come to an end is why I still can go on. ❤

Mid 60’s here and single. Praising and worship of God brings inner peace and joy. Don’t want to be involved in any meaningless or stupidity nonsense in the noisy world. Want a balanced between alone time and social interaction. Making love and intimacy with a woman would be nice in the realm of things but not to the compromise of inner peace. This life will never be nor can ever be total fulfillment. Accepting it and dealing with it.

Great. Beautiful. Meant to be heard and heard again, listened to carefully and followed. Truth is wonderful but also difficult. There is joy in achieving but there may be not only struggle but pain and suffering in the procesos, but it is worth it! And above all, it is so good to know that we are not alone, but we all face the same challenge: The challenge to be ourselves and truly have lived!

The every day grind, the same ole same ole, waking up seeing the same view year on end, the same home, the same meals, the same everything will in fact dull life. At the same time running off trying to find the happiness you think you know longer have can lead to unwanted paths and mistakes that can be tough to live with. If dull brings peace, brings less stress, less worry, less anxiety then so be it. I'd rather live bored than live in regret. With bored i can always find productive ways to fulfill it, with regrets there is no fulfillment and often no way out.

It is the death of novelty that comes with age and life experience. It is inescapable. We are then forced to look inward and the outside material world becomes boring and repetitive. Most will feverishly seek more and more cheap thrills, the quick hit of excitement that fades faster and faster with every passing moment. The end is a life of quiet desperation. It is terribly difficult to break free of that. I try and fail repeatedly, but what else is there to do?

From the greatest series of all time, the Sopranos, “it’s all a series of distractions until you die”.
I feel like every day you’re just running out the time clock. Work all day, trying to run out the work clock. Cook, clean, house chores and then maybe you get a couple hours after to do something, in which you run out the clock until you go to sleep.
If there were something new and exciting that you were actually looking forward to do in the future, you seem to try to run out the clock even faster. Then that event passes in the blink of an eye, and perhaps several months just melted off the calendar in what feels like a couple of days.

Lately the only thing keeping me going is my clients appreciation for my work ethic. I can make others happy by doing their remodeling projects and it gives me a sense of fulfillment even though it gets monotonous and tedious at times. Im happily married but our relationship is lacking something. We both work at jobs we enjoy and dont want to do anything when we get home. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats we love. Her grown son lives with us. It gets old having no real privacy with my wife. Excuses excuses. I stop making them when i can. LIFE IS GOOD and its better when I dont pay attention to worldly things so much. GOD has provided for all my needs and given me talents that I use to help others. Whats missing?
