Maby you have to change the black pins into gray pins gray pins are smoother then the carts go higer sorry for my bad English
Black towball pins are smooth and let the gondolas swing free. I didn't use full speed on the video but it is possible to swing higher

Blame gravity for that.... Physics doesn't scale down like the ride has, not much you can do about it.
