    This is quite an elegant pair. It would be a nice buy for people looking to buy neutral sounding IEMs. Thanks for your detailed review.

    Thanks for the review.

      it's totally a matter of subjective preferences. I'd probably went for FiiO, but not sure actually :)

      @@user-gx6bc7cr7n hello sir, thank you very much for the reply. I purchased mangird yesterday. Seems like I did the right choice.. I was itching to buy an alternative if it wasn't. By the way I do like vocals more. Thanks again God bless 👍

      I haven't test Mangrid, but FH7 is a model from higher segment, so it's better sonically

    Is BGVP a safe purchase nowadays? I had bad experience with DM6. Beryllium shenanigan with DN2, also various MMCX issues.

    • @PortaFi

      I can't say :) I didn't have any problems with any BGVP models I had, but it's not enough to make a conclustions

    Hi Paul, thank you for your review! Was wondering if you have any thoughts on Apple airpod pro/max? I do not see any videos so was not sure.

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      AirPods Pro are good with iPhone, as they perfectly fitting Apple ecosystem, and are especially great when you need a decent microphone
      as for Pro Max - I haven't test them yet unfortunately, but Headfonia published a super detailed review today

    Hello, good video, for basslover, ns9 o AUDIOSENSE aq4?

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, thank you. If I remember right, NS9 is more bassy. But I'm not confident here as I don't remember them well unfortunately

    Thank you. How does this model compare to QoA Adonis objectively and subjectively?

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Adonis is more neutral and bit more focused on microcontrast

    Hello, I have followed your page for a few months and bought this device, I listen to metal in all its styles, can you recommend any special configuration or any filter to enjoy this device? Greetings and I hope your answer.

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      hello, I don't think there is any "special" configuration, as it's a matter of your preferences in sound. So you need to experiment in order to find what will suit you more

      if you need boosted lows, consider CA models for example, they have a plenty of bassy ones

      @@joe130717206 yep, they have a plenty of bassy models. Or you can also look at basshead thread on Head-Fi, there are lot of good suggestions here (I'm not a basshead myself)

    i wonder if it really true that they use sonion and knowles 😋

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, I think that at least 1 pcs of each are present :) Not sure if all receivers are Knowles and Sonion ones thus :)

    nm2+ or ns9 for heavy metal?

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      it's a matter of your preferences, do you like neutral and more monitoring signature (then NM2+) or you want less neutral sound (then NS9)

  • @Weareonenation303

    That driver set up for $169 is super cheap, I do wonder if the BAs used are Knowles/Sonion? I wouldn't be surprised if this is a lie, Sonion drivers aren't cheap.

    • @PortaFi
      @PortaFi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I didn't disassemble them, but I don't think they wrote a lie. Personally I think that at least one Knowles and Sonion driver per ear is present here :) not sure about others

      That's awesome! :) As a bit of internals, upload of one video tooks from 30 mins to about 3 hours, and I upload then in advance. So your task is even more complex: it's a short delay between two videos publication (8 mouse clicks per each)
