- In this episode i am joined by my good friend Robert Patterson aka the Set-Jetter who also writes Horror's Hallowed Grounds articles for HorrorHound Magazine. So he is legit HHG family. Make sure to check out his website: www.set-jetter...
Robert was able to get access to the filming ranch where they shot the cabin, lake and barn from Friday the 13th Part 3-D and he was kind enough to invite myself and our friend Brian Koppel along. We ended up making a day of it and hit up all of the location from Part 3 including one that hasn't been seen before!

I saw this movie at its opening in 1982 at the drive-in. At the ripe old age of 10. No wonder I was freaked out and scared shitless when Rick's eye got popped out. And that my friends is why I'm a horror fan for life. Thanks for sharing this memorable location guys.

I love each uploader's perspective of these Friday The 13th Locations...The attention to detail with backgrounds/landmarks etc is impressive....The main cabin/house that burned down, was also used as the Motel/Apartment main reception in the 1996 movie "BULLETPROOF" starring Damon Wayans & Adam Sandler....
Sean does a great job of guiding to the exact spot ,also Scott and Mike they always go in depth to the right locations well done boys
Very cool to see so much covered. It's a pity that a lot of it isn't there anymore. Let's hope that he does rebuild the house back to it's former self.
My family currently owns two cabins on Bouquet Canyon. Pronounced like BO - KAY not BO-KET LOL The store was called The Falls Cafe (if I remember correctly) & was a cafe/bar and had a general store. It sat empty for a while and someone bought it & they never did anything with it & it was finally demolished. (No one in my family seems to know why it was demolished.) There was an episode of Beverly Hills 90210 that was filmed there in 1991. We purchased our first cabin up there in '92 so I believe it was demolished sometime in the early 90's. Hope this helps & if I get anymore info from family or neighbors I'll pass it your way. Keep up the good work. I always look forward to your location vids.

@@malfuncsean you're welcome! I have friends that were there in Green Valley for the filming and still live there to this day & have great stories of being kids and watching them film the scene at the store and how cool Nick Savage was to them all and signed autographs for them.
This was awesome, I remember seeing the movie in the theater when I was younger.

Part 3 (Aside from the have assed 3-D stuff we never got to experience in full) is my second favorite Friday film.
It's nice to know other people love Friday as much as I do. They should rebuild the bridge and I'm so glad they're rebuilding the cabin!
The plan is to rebuild all of it to exactly the way it was including filling in the lake.

This was incredible. Been waiting for this one. One of my favorite movies and one that made me the massive Friday the 13th fan I am. Right behind Vera's house was where they captured one of the Santa Mira alley shots for Halloween III. The black building that Robert points out was back then the Cinderella Beauty Salon and you can see the sign for it in Halloween III.
Every time I see any kind of visit to this location I've always thought it would be awesome if they re-built the house, and lo and behold it looks like it's going to happen. That is awesome news. Definitely hope you'll return when it's done.

This was awesome! Part 3 was the first horror movie I can remember watching with my grandma (without my mom knowing of course)...my grandma was a huge horror fan and I'd always spend a weekend with her picking horror movies to get into...I inherited her horror VHS collection when she passed in '97 and Part 3 has always been my go to for nostalgia and it holds a special place in my heart so this is too cool to see all the original filming locations...thanks for this and for that interview with Jason at the end, very informative! haha...subbed to ya man
I missed this one, nice to see what’s still standing today. I’m shocked the barn is still around and wasn’t torn down. It’s amazing the old phone booth from the film is still there!

First 3 films were the best and part 3 had my favourite jason in richard brooker...thanks for the upload.
First 2 aren’t that good compared to others. They’re good, but not great. 3, 4, and 6 are the best. But I do love me some Jason X too (don’t @ me). I enjoy 5, 7, and even 8 as well. 9 is the worst IMO. FvJ and the reboot are good too.

I always assumed Jason got his change of clothes from the clothesline but today was the first time I noticed that when the woman turns the TV off and looks back outside you can see the shirt and pants he wore in the rest of the movie now missing from the clothesline.

I had got to help out at one of the last walker stalker cons in Atlanta back in Oct 2018 and I was honored that you thanked me for helping with setting up, cleaning up etc that whole weekend and that truly meant a lot and let me know I was doing good work. There should be an archeology filming locations channel that digs for past remnants of movie locations like concrete steps, home frames,etc.

Imo, Part 3's unmasked (living) Jason looks the best; undead, unmasked Jason goes to Part VII.
I saw this in 1988 at a midnight showing in Dayton, Ohio. At that time, Tracie Savage, who played Debbie, was a local news reporter in Dayton. I have often wondered if perhaps she attended that that evening?

The final girl in this film appeared I another horror film called sweet sixteen .I hope you can do that one as well. That's one of my other favorites I saw that one when it first came out in theaters as well as Friday part 3

Yesssss! New Horror's Hallowed Grounds. Part 3 and part 6 are my favorite out of the franchise.
If they rebuilt the whole set that place would be cool.
I'm not really sure but I think the Barn was used in an Episode of the First Season of Marvel's Agents of Shield ....
But I do know that Filming Location the House & Barn were used in Season 2 of The A Team Episode 17. Pure-Dee Poison .... if they do Rebuild the House from Friday the 13th Part 3 I would love to be there when they Start Building but if I can't be there I hope you are Sean 👍.

Shit, ive been watching you for years but i just noticed there is a little dachshund that jumps out of the house behind you on your intro😄. Has the pup been there the whole time or did i just notice it after all this time.? Either way, awesome video, number 3 is my favorite and cute little dog also.😄
On episode 8 we reshot the intro and from that episode on he is in there. His debut was the Halloween 4 episode. He’s 15 now and not doing great but still with us as of 01/06/22.
There’s so much more greenery in the movie. Now it looks more brown with a lot less foliage.
