This was awesome! Part 3 was the first horror movie I can remember watching with my grandma (without my mom knowing of course)...my grandma was a huge horror fan and I'd always spend a weekend with her picking horror movies to get into...I inherited her horror VHS collection when she passed in '97 and Part 3 has always been my go to for nostalgia and it holds a special place in my heart so this is too cool to see all the original filming locations...thanks for this and for that interview with Jason at the end, very informative! haha...subbed to ya man
I saw this movie at its opening in 1982 at the drive-in. At the ripe old age of 10. No wonder I was freaked out and scared shitless when Rick's eye got popped out. And that my friends is why I'm a horror fan for life. Thanks for sharing this memorable location guys.
I appreciate the work you do. Since I was a kid I’ve always watched movies and wondered where was this filmed, what’s behind that door, where’s that road lead to, etc. Very grateful for your channel.
I love each uploader's perspective of these Friday The 13th Locations...The attention to detail with backgrounds/landmarks etc is impressive....The main cabin/house that burned down, was also used as the Motel/Apartment main reception in the 1996 movie "BULLETPROOF" starring Damon Wayans & Adam Sandler....
Very cool to see so much covered. It's a pity that a lot of it isn't there anymore. Let's hope that he does rebuild the house back to it's former self.
Excellent video, this entry was always my favourite of the series as a kid. Brings back great memories. Id love to have the opportunity to stay in a rebuilt and refurbished Higgins Haven.
Nothing beats these cult classic horror movies . Thank you Sean Clark for this in detail filming locations of Friday 13th part 3 That barn freaked me out for the longest time .,This Friday is Friday 13th . definitely going to be having a marathon of Jason .
Sensacional seu trabalho Sean..👏🏼👏🏼 eu adoro os filmes do Jason, e a parte 3 pra mim é a melhor. Obrigado por compartilhar os locais de gravações do filme. Um abração aqui do Brazil.🇧🇷

My family currently owns two cabins on Bouquet Canyon. Pronounced like BO - KAY not BO-KET LOL The store was called The Falls Cafe (if I remember correctly) & was a cafe/bar and had a general store. It sat empty for a while and someone bought it & they never did anything with it & it was finally demolished. (No one in my family seems to know why it was demolished.) There was an episode of Beverly Hills 90210 that was filmed there in 1991. We purchased our first cabin up there in '92 so I believe it was demolished sometime in the early 90's. Hope this helps & if I get anymore info from family or neighbors I'll pass it your way. Keep up the good work. I always look forward to your location vids.
@@malfuncsean you're welcome! I have friends that were there in Green Valley for the filming and still live there to this day & have great stories of being kids and watching them film the scene at the store and how cool Nick Savage was to them all and signed autographs for them.
This was incredible. Been waiting for this one. One of my favorite movies and one that made me the massive Friday the 13th fan I am. I am so happy they’re going to be rebuilding the house and adding other elements to the site like the bridge. I hope to be able to visit it one day. Thanks so much Sean. Happy New Year. Best to you and Nay in 2022
Right behind Vera's house was where they captured one of the Santa Mira alley shots for Halloween III. The black building that Robert points out was back then the Cinderella Beauty Salon and you can see the sign for it in Halloween III.
Every time I see any kind of visit to this location I've always thought it would be awesome if they re-built the house, and lo and behold it looks like it's going to happen. That is awesome news. Definitely hope you'll return when it's done.
Just jumped over from grimlifecollective and you had me at the intro Not my Problem. Reminds me of times many years ago, Time to binge watch!! Good stuff man.
I missed this one, nice to see what’s still standing today. I’m shocked the barn is still around and wasn’t torn down. It’s amazing the old phone booth from the film is still there!
Haha fantastic recreation of the Ali incident! Your Buffalo Bill shirt is dope! It’s so great they are rebuilding the Higgins’ house. So many new facts come to light in your videos, thank you!
I sat next to Robert on your Halloween 30th Convention bus tour. I had no idea who he was at the time but it turned out I got a way more thorough tour than most on the bus. He had a lot to add to your commentary. Good dude.
Yes and I believe he was the first. Mad props to him. Scott on Tape also did this one. Both did great jobs. I was glad I was able to do it as well and add a never before seen location to my version in the process.
My wife and I finally made it out to most of these sites a couple years ago. Amazing memories. Friday part 3 was always my favorite Sadly I didn’t get to see the barn. Hopefully some day before it’s gone. Great work Sean.
That was awesome. Tragic what happened to the original cabin, but it's great to hear they'll be rebuilding it soon. Can't wait. Great video, can't wait to see "Friday the 13th Part 2" location.
I can’t believe no one has mentioned anything about the phone booth out front of the store. How cool is that? Different booth but you rarely even see pay phones period!
Just stumbled upon this channel it's inspiring to see your love of horror play out on these journeys to memorialize these hallowed grounds. Keep up the good work!!
First 2 aren’t that good compared to others. They’re good, but not great. 3, 4, and 6 are the best. But I do love me some Jason X too (don’t @ me). I enjoy 5, 7, and even 8 as well. 9 is the worst IMO. FvJ and the reboot are good too. Also, Kane Hodder is the GOAT!
Well done, Sean!!! Another great episode! Could be my favorite next to the one you did for The Curse of Michael Myers back in '14. Fun fact: both Tracie Savage (Debbie) and Paul Kratka (Rick) are in my movie "The Bone Garden." Great job, my man!! 💀🔪🪓
Very nice to see the cabin spot after all these years and i hope they do rebuild soon . Slice N Dice boyz. P.S they should fill the pond with water also

The final girl in this film appeared I another horror film called sweet sixteen .I hope you can do that one as well. That's one of my other favorites I saw that one when it first came out in theaters as well as Friday part 3
I'm not really sure but I think the Barn was used in an Episode of the First Season of Marvel's Agents of Shield .... But I do know that Filming Location the House & Barn were used in Season 2 of The A Team Episode 17. Pure-Dee Poison .... if they do Rebuild the House from Friday the 13th Part 3 I would love to be there when they Start Building but if I can't be there I hope you are Sean 👍.
My favorite Friday
Nobody does it better than you, Sean!! No idea how you find all these places, but great job, Sir!! Loved this one in particular!
