Beautiful country cottage situated in the mountains of Macael a real peaceful area with no neighbours, surrounded by pure nature and wildlife where you can expect to see deer and mountain goats coming to see you on a daily basis! this property really is for the nature lovers! you will find it situated approx. 15 minutes from the main town of Macael, and a few minutes further is Olula del Río. Please bear in mind there is approx. 200-300m of dirt track to access the house. It has been restored to a very high standard, and keeping many original features including stone walls, wooden beams, etc. Inside the property, on the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen/dining room, and a shower room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are extremely large (the property was previous used as a short term holiday home, and for this reason there are so many beds, however some of these can be removed!).
Outside the property there are various sitting areas, a swimming pool and a petanque pitch.
There are beautiful views of the countryside and mountains from every part of the property.
