you guys lmao if i titled my grace jones video “who? grace jonesssss” would you get the reference? xhxhshjs lmao pls let me know, im trying to understand my audience better
I loveeee your videos a lot of fashion creators never highlight black films . I love love jones this made my day!. Please do how stella got her groove back next.
Would love to see an analysis of Girlfriends tv show! The Y2K era and early aughts were captured so well in the wardrobe, maybe even more so than sex in the city, because it truly helped with character development of all 4 characters not just the lead , and the interpersonal challenges they faced
I was 8 when this film came out. Ive always admired the fashion and wanted to dress like Nia, her friend, and Darius' female friend. The wardrobe was effortless.
I'm so excited to have found your channel. The topics you select and the way you deliver the stories speak to your level of taste. (Heavy on the don't love the love part, but the clothessss)
I’ve never seen this movie but I loved this video and how realistic the costumes are! I can totally imagine people like this existing irl and your explanations were so interesting
I would definitely recommend watching The Wood, the content of the film is not traumatic at all. I would describe it as a coming -of-age romantic comedy. It's very lighthearted and the costume designs are very unique to the characters and the fashion jumps between early 80s and late 90s fashion.

OMG! Yes, The Wood had great styling as well. Even The Best Man. For the time, Mia had a very beautiful classic wedding dress.
The rebrand has been scrumptious & this is one of my favorite videos so far! 🤗✨ keep going, girl!!
thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰
Love this breakdown I too enjoy the styling, aesthetic, and soundtrack a lot more than the love story itself. Everything was so moody which I looove
