Van, this is the most unique chao recipe I have ever seen. I've never seen mung beans and lotus seeds or coconut water used in chao before. Very different from any recipe out there, for sure! I hope you make duck, pork, beef, seafood, etc., versions of chao as well. Thanks for sharing!
